What wpuld you do if a corrupt government at the end times would ask you to take on your forehead or hand the matk of the beast, a tatoo, or chip implant. Would you comply?

While it's true that tax dollars often get wasted on fraud, graft, pork, bail
outs, ear marks, foreign aid, endowments, grants, subsidies, and senseless
wars; by and large taxes are necessary if we're to expect essential services
like schools, parks, national defense, law enforcement, fire protection,
Medicare, Medicaid, Food Stamps, foster care, flood control, TANF, SSI, and
the maintenance of infrastructure, etc.
Taxes are also used to pay government salaries, wages, and benefits to
bureaucrats and heads of state. Though such folk are not holy people in the
religious sense, they should probably be regarded as such-- maybe even as
angels. (of a sort)

time to governing. (cf. John 19:11)

I would refuse, even if GOD set up the government that way. May be a way of separating the wheat from the chaff.
The Apostles "Submitted" to the corrupt Jewish religious leaders (in terms of allowing the Sanhedrin to punish them for their disobedience).
However, they WERE NOT obedient to them, doing instead whatever the Lord burdened them to do in spite of the threat.
First you try to use the means provided under the constitution. If that doesn't work, you have to separate from the corrupted estate. This can take many forms.
So NOTHING, then.
There IS NO MEANS under the constitution for an individual to change anything. You'd have to organize a "MASS MOVEMENT" of American citizens, so motivated.
So where to you plan on emigrating to???

there is the basic framework. How this actually is done is going to be up to the individual and those airing grievances. Sadly, when done it rarely gains traction as our society is so individualistic it’s hard to get 10 average people together to lay aside differences to agree on anything today without minor issues causing the group to fracture. But this was the framework to initiate change.
I agree it has to be done enmasse. Whole states can begin succeeding from the Union. Half of the country, or probably much more, does not like what is transpiring.

I’ve always thought if any state could begin to do so it would be Texas as they were their own once before. It’s got seaports, agriculture, industry, rail. Imagine if it pushed for its own country as in its territorial boundaries? Big big land mass.
A nation within the USA isn’t that far fetched of a concept. The American Indian reservations are pretty much hidden 3rd world countries with the USA, they operate as a hybrid system of tribal and federal law. I don’t think State or County has jurisdiction on reservations

There was actually a movement by the American Indian movement to secede and form their own nation within the USA called Republic of Lakotah -it actually gained some international attention from the UN but the guy who spearheaded the push died. I believe his name was activist and actor Russel Means

And Texas is unique, because we can EASILY secede, since we're part of the U.S. by treaty. one issue is that EVERY MAJOR CITY in Texas is Democratic, while the balance of the state is solidly Republican. And right now folks are flocking in, particularly the ones fleeing California.

if Texas claimed her 1845 territorial boundaries you just gained a whole bunch more Republican communities
I live in South Carolina. It was the first state to secede in the Civil War. Probably it would take a number of states seceding together to make it work.
I'm willing to band together with freedom loving people everywhere and form a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men were created equal. We can take our apportioned part of the debt and have it paid off in less than 10 years.
