Therefore, let us fear if, while a promise remains of entering His rest, any one of you may seem to have come short of it. For indeed we have had good news preached to us, just as they also; but the word they heard did not profit them, because it was not united by faith in those who heard. For we who have believed enter that rest, just as He has said, “A s I swore in M y wrath , T hey shall not enter M y rest ,” although His works were finished from the foundation of the world. For He has said somewhere concerning the seventh day: “A nd G od rested on the seventh day from all H is works ”; Therefore, since it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly had good news preached to them failed to enter because of disobedience, He again fixes a certain day, “Today,” saying through David after so long a time just as has been said before, “T oday if you hear H is voice , D o not harden your hearts .” For if Joshua had given them rest, He would not have spoken of another day after that. So there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God. For the one who has entered His rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from His.
Hebrews 4:1‭-‬4‭, ‬6‭-‬10 NASB

Verse 8 refers to the passage below in the book of Joshua.

Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle shall remain in the land which Moses gave you beyond the Jordan, but you shall cross before your brothers in battle array, all your valiant warriors, and shall help them, until the Lord gives your brothers rest, as He gives you, and they also possess the land which the Lord your God is giving them. Then you shall return to your own land, and possess that which Moses the servant of the Lord gave you beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise.”
Joshua 1:14‭-‬15 NASB

When you take into account the full text of scripture then you see that Christ is the Sabbath, and that by entering into his rest it means into covenant with him, through believing in him.

Remember in the Book of John chapter 9 where the Pharisee's of the temple claimed Jesus was not of God because he did not keep the Sabbath? In that same chapter we read of Jesus using mud to heal a blind man. Interesting in that from the dust we came and unto the dust we shall return, and Jesus used dirt, soil, dust, mixed with His spit to make mud that heals vision. Parable form, remember that. Jesus taught in parables. :)

Our Lord is Lord of the Sabbath. In other words, He is God who created Sabbath day.
The memorial of creation. God blessed the Sabbath day.
The Book of Genesis chapter 2:3 God blessed the seventh day and separated it as holy; because on that day God rested from all his work which he had created, so that it itself could produce.

Who then are we to say of our own mind, when Jesus never said it, that the Sabbath no longer applies to the people whom God created and blessed that day for?

And most importantly, as it shall surely come, why would anyone be upset that anyone else keeps the Sabbath day, when that upset one says they choose not to. And then later admits, they go to church on Sunday.

One person regards one day above another, another regards every day alike. Each person must be fully convinced in his own mind. He who observes the day, observes it for the Lord, and he who eats, does so for the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who eats not, for the Lord he does not eat, and gives thanks to God.
Romans 14:5‭-‬6 NASB
Therefore no one is to act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day— things which are a mere shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to Christ.
Colossians 2:16‭-‬17 NASB
