WE HAVE HAVE OUR UPS AND OUR DOWNS BUT WHEN IM NOT AROUND HIM, IM NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF A PERSON HE IS. I FEEL LIKE SOMETIMES HE TRIED TO BE GOOD TO ME BUT THEN ISNT.
I WISH I DID NOT HAVE MOMENTS WHERE I FELT LIKE THIS BUT I DO. AND SOMETIMES THESE FEELING OF INSECURITY DISAPPEARED BUT THEY ARE SO MUCH ALIVE IN MY RELATIONSHIP
I HAVE MOMENTS WHERE I THINK I KNOW HIM SO WELL, BUT THEN I HAVE TIMES WHERE I DONT KNOW WHO HE REALLY IS. ITS BEEN 7 YEARS AND I FEEL ...LIKE I HAVE NEVER LOVED SOMEONE LIKE THIS SO MUCH
BUT THEN AGAIN I DONT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LOVE AND ADDICTION
I DONT KNOW IF I AM SUPPOSE TO FEEL LIKE THIS
YES HE HAS DONE BAD IN THE PAST.
AND THIS IS AFFECTING ME NOW BUT I HAVE FORGIVEN. IM NOT WORRIED ABOUT WHAT HAPPEN THEN, IM SCARED THAT IT MIGHT HAPPEN AGAIN. PLEASE HELP

Hi PeaceAF: Good to see you; God bless His Word to you.

We are all sinners (Romans 3.23) and the matter of forgiveness really starts with the aspect of God, through faith in His Son the Lord Jesus, Who died at the Cross for sinners, forgiving us.

When we are in a sound faith relationship with God, through faith in His Son, this is sound basis for sorting our our inter-personal relationships.

Cannot say that I know what you are going thru, but would like to suggest that you contact > in touch ministry at > intouch.org ,An excellent ministry that I'm sure can help you " spiritually from scripture " as to what you should do. If in acry area of n.c., can suggest a church/fellowship.

Correction, > Can suggest a Church/Fellowship in Cary, N.C.,

I am new to these forums, but one big thing that stands out in your post is how intense it is.
- You have doubts about your relationship.
-There are things in his past that are currently affecting your relationship (unresolved issues it sounds like)
-You cry every day.
-You confess you don't know the difference between "love" and "addiction".
-You confess you have a lot of insecurities.

I would like to strongly recommend you seek out help (a good, healthy christian counseling) who can help you deal with what sounds like codependent issues in your life.

God has an amazing plan for all of us, but it is up to us to take the steps to walk in that plan. If we have unresolved emotional - psychological issues that hinder us doing this, it is in our best interest to seek out GOOD help (not everyone who says they can help are able to do a good job). This is why it is important to take the time to find a good support system.

I also suggest you read "Codependent No More" by Melody Beattie. She also has other very good books that can help.

Take care and God bless.

Welcome to the site. I pray you find your way out of the dark place you are presently in. You've received some good advice above.

Hey, I'm sorry you're going through all of this right now. I'm praying for you. I wish I had advice to offer on the relationship but I can offer a willing ear if you ever needed to talk about it and I'm sure others here have advice to offer. God is in control even if you feel out of control. Hang in there. I hope you can find some support here.

Hello there I read your post I can understand you have been in a relationship where I had doubts yes I had. But thanking to your father helps alot one thing I know that I learnt
1)God loves you,he has a plan for you his plans n thoughts for you are not evil according to jeremiah33:3 .God loves you with an everlasting love you need to first of all understand that that your father loves you you are his delight say to yourself every day that God loves me I do not doubt his love for me am in his plan n purpose for my life.tell your God to feel your life with his love this are things I did in romans 8 the love of the father has shared abroad in our heart ask the holyspirit to fill u with the love of God only in God's love can you experience wholeness.you have to talk. To your father

2)no man can love you more than God its the truth I went out looking for love buti got depressions, dissapointments, unfulfilled till God opened my heart to his love us security is in God n not in man he is your father the more you talk to him, drawer to him the more he fills you with himself and keep you in perfect
3)I have a question are u married to this guy cos I really didn't understand or you are living with him if u are not married. Is the guy you are dating a born-again christsin is he saved? Does he go to church? Do you go to church too cos its important. Cos God wants to build godly homes I wish I coudnt chat with you one on one cos this is my field believe. Me your heavenly father cares abt youpls tell him you need his help
and if you are married, then you both need to see a counsellor together and fir you to pray for your husband woud love to give u scriptures to pray with. I use to be a depressed person ohh boy I was ugly till I allowed the holyspirit take over my life now am a new beautiful woman with life. Jesus came that I might enjoy life abundantly
