Which is an entirely different aspect of our salvation. The salvation you are speaking about is the "Gift of salvation, "grace" given to all men. It is given so that each individual could respond to God to enter into a relationship. It is this relationship we are discussing. NOT what Christ accomplished for us, for the world.
Pure apostasy. Shame on you!

Christ's blood did not start our salvation but finished it to the last degree. Isaiah 53 foretold of all this and that God is satisfied with the blood of Christ.

You do not understand Gods grace. Those who God saved cannot be lost again. Those who God saves by grace are His and are purchased at great cost. You are not you own but Gods. 1 Cor 6:19

God's grace is conditional and can be received in vain, 2 Cor 6;1.

Maybe you need to read the scriptures again, because they are pretty simple and pretty clear. If you do not obey the Gospel, you will be lost.

What is the gospel.

Believe in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.

You have not obeyed the gospel.

I do not think you understand

Saying you can LOSE IT, is the same thing as saying you have to EARN IT.

It is like me saying i gave you a gift. (something which you did not earn) and saying if you do not do this (whatever this may be) you can lose it.

I am in fact saying you have to earn it.

Now I am going to have to disagree with you on this one. You can accept Jesus and then latter turn you back on Him and reject the salvation you once received. Now someone may argue that God knew that you would do that and never extended grace to you to begin with and I would be open to discussion on that - Don't know if it would be relevant though.

Acts 22:16 Saul was still in his sins and lost until those sins were washed awy when he was baptized.

Saul was washed by God.

He tells us so himself

Col 2
Titus 3

And many other places.

Stop replacing the work of God with the work of men, God calls that the unpardonable sin.

Yes, it is all summed up in the Great Commandment.
Paul sums it up also in I Cor 13:13, Love
Also Matt 5:28 sets the standard.
If man could keep any commandment Christ would not have left heaven to die on the cruel cross of Calvary. It is finished. It is not begun but wholly done.

No God does not lie, even Jesus said some would fall away and also be fooled by the anti-Christ to follow him instead of Christ. You can not fall away or be fooled to follow another if you were not already saved and followed Christ in the first place. Plus like I mentioned before Hebrews 10:26 it is talking about those who were saved but now are falling away through willful sin. No remorse, conviction, and no repentance.

Ok.

So did that guy lose salvation. or never have it, HUGE difference?

If he lost salvation. God lied did he not. God failed to continue to do the work in that person. He went back on his own promise of eternal life.

Again, Does God not know if our faith and repentance is real before he gives us his gift in the first place?

Here again is a good example of your confusion. What Christ did and accomplished for man has nothing to do with what this discussion is all about. Christ saved you and the entire world from death and sin. He did this so you could be freely united with Him in a personal relationship. Christ did not save you to a relationship, but saved you so you could have a relationship.
We as individuals are NOT being saved by Christ, but are being saved through our faith. because He freed us from the bondage to death and sin.

Cassius...maybe your age has you confused.....it has everything to do with what we are talking about as he constantly contradicts scripture such as yourself......OH WAIT...you never post scripture...I forgot!

It does not.

Those who have true salvation WILL WORK.

Where does the bible say that those who are born of God will NEVER work?

You post "will work" According to this thread's title, salvation is ONLY possible WITHOUT works. So are you trying to get one lost doing works?

If I turn my back on God and no longer believe him, I was never saved. John makes his clear.

If I can lose my salvation in any way. I must earn it. And God lied.

this makes no sense.

The thread speaks about how one is saved, Not what happens after one is saved.

Your twisting things again

if after we believe on him and we choose to later deny...he cannot deny himself......I disagree with your stand....

Great demonstration of you lack of contextual understanding. You pull out a fragment of a verse and build your doctrine upon it without considering what it is saying. Paul is most certainly not teaching that grace can be received in vain. Wow you really are unbelievable.

No.

Your contradicting yourself

if I can fall away, it means I must earn Gods grace by not falling away. That is a salvation of works.

The context of hebrews is the law of moses. Which says if you sin, you must make a sacrifice again.

If we are under law (which is what the author was speaking against) we would lose salvation if we sinned. Because the blood of bulls and goats can not remove sin, And Christ already died once, he will nto come and die again.

ps bro. there is no such thing as unwilful sin, If yuo sin, You did it willfully. Don;t try to full yourself into thinking you can sin by accident

But we do agree that not all are saved?

of course there are many impostors in the church who act saved, yet have never known God

We usually eventually see who they are, as they walk away and return to their vomit. (sin)
