Great question. I try to always have a plan and keep busy on a Saturday night, because if I don't, I tend to get down and start feeling sorry for myself. I want to be in a relationship, but right now that is not happening for me. So I make plans for myself. Depending on how I am feeling, I might order food and watch a movie. If I get an invite to my neighbors' and feel social, I will spend an evening with them. I might livestream Hillsong worship service and get my mind and heart prepared for church the next day. I take what I can get and make the best of it, and when I make plans for me I often don't think about wishing for a relationship, and taking the time for me allows me to spend time with God and cultivate the best relationship I already have. God bless and don't lose heart.
