Dear Lord, I hope this was in jest. I hope Depleted does not know all my secrets and is writing them into a novel. That would be bad for me, you know? Can we make her promise to stay out of the classified military records until they are declassified in 2029? People already doubt my salvation - if they read what was in those files, they'd have me drawn and quartered.
 
The person above me is already writing an attack against the aforementioned novel, and she hasn't even read it yet!!! :mad: (:p)

but of course it was in jest :)

by this time of day the only thing still working about this elderly body is my sense of humor (meager as it is).

besides, most of us are unable to read. :cool:

the person above me is sensible and knows pop is a carbonated beverage and sodas contain ice cream.

she's also an exceptional 'thread-back-on-track-er'.
 
The person above me would probably not ask, "do you want a coke?" and then proceed to offer Root Beer, Sprite, and Mt. Dew. :D
 
The person above me knows the difference between pop and soda. She is also wise beyond her years and demonstrates a level of maturity many of the adults here would do well to emulate.
 
The person above me has a very kind view of the person above him, but methinks somewhat inaccurate. (I wouldn't call myself all that mature).
 
The person above me and the person above her share a strong resentment toward people referring to carbonated beverages as soda.

And we won't even mention my novel is about stuffed animals. Although...

The person above me says "Soda" with the same nasally twang my Southern aunt teased me about -- the upstate New York accent.
 
The person above me has voices in her head for lots of people on this forum, and when she reads their posts, that particular voice plays in her head. I sound like Bobcat Goldthwait in her head.
