I have a prayer request for my family. My wife asked for a temporary separation a couple of weeks ago. I would appreciate any and all prayers that our family would be reunited.

I will be praying that God's will will be done. If it is in His will that you are to reunite, I believe you guys will be reunited. I will also pray and ask God to show you love and comfort as you go through this. You are never alone.
 
I am going through something similar. Can I ask how it turned out? Was God able to save your marriage? I need hope to save mine. Its so hard loosing someone you have been with so long. What did you do and how long did it take?
 
Sometimes you don't need hope or pray to keep a marriage together. Try to listen to your spouse to determine what caused them to separate from you, and then work to eliminate the reasons for the separation. Sometimes its as easy as just agreeing to stop beating her everyday :)... Good luck

You have asked some vey good questions but it is not likely that the OP will answer them as he has not posted since February. However, there are quite a few current and active members who tell a similar story so please know that you are not alone. God can save all marriages but both parties must want this and allow God to work in their lives. Glad to have you as part of our family. Welcome to CC.
