The government has eased the lockdown restrictions in my country, however, am not sure if I should go to church or not. Please advice in that regards and also give reasons to support your stance on this matter.

You don't have to go to church at all.
Scripture says where two or three are gathered in
my name, there I shall also be. It is never a sin
if you don't go to any church. It is very important
to pray and to follow what Jesus said for us to do
in scripture. Jesus said "Be holy as I am Holy"
Surrender your will to the will of Christ and
Love the Lord your God with all your heart
and your neighbor as yourself. Be in God
whatever you do and don't worry about church.

Well for people like me who have no other way to be with believers face to face I would love to go to church but mine isn't open, if given the chance I would be going but really it depends on how worried you are of catching the virus.
But personally I am not that concerned people wear masks in stores and the restaurants

By all the data that is now being released. Covid 19 doesn't spread as easily as they first thought. Also the mortality rate is very low. Odds of survival are very high. The elderly and immune-compromised are essentially at high risk. The hospitals are doing good. Businesses are reopening. But everything has to be within state guidelines. So really as long as a church does what they have to by state guidelines then it okay. I personally would recommend the high risk people to stay home and still do podcast for at least a month or so more just to watch more data.

Many are scared because if they open what if one person happens to be by all odds healthy but still does from covid then was it worth it. I believe we should just be wise but it is time to start reopening.

there isnt any obligation as relic says it is up to you.
If you have any doubts, dont go. Its a matter of faith that you go where the spirit leads. Jesus did say were two or three are gathered, he is there, not 10-100 are gathered.

It was only a jewish orthodox traditon that ten righteous men had to be gathered for prayer to count as a meeting. (quorum)

Do as your comfortable. Never let anyone tell you, hey you must go to church even during this time.
You have the spirit of God with you at all times, you have access to His Word at all times. I don't know what the restrictions are in your country but if you can meet with close friends then do so if you like.
Church is not a place that we go to or do once a week.

Christianity is very much a religion of brotherhood. It is not all about just each man doing what is right in his own eyes. It is about the church together seeking God's will and His honor and glory.

So church is very important. But that does not mean that church attendance is the most important thing.

Meeting together, singing together, praying together, and encouraging one another is the heartbeat of the Christian faith. All of this can be done to a certain extent "remotely" but it not the same as face to face. And in these times we may need to put aside face to face meetings for a time.

If the virus is a major threat in your area, then it may be better not to meet. But if you are hungry for deep Christian fellowship, you won't get that at home watching a livestream.

Your as likely to suffer going to church as likely as you are not going to church. Just go, and remain safe and follow governments advice, i wish you best of luck.
