It's funny because I guess there is/was a social media trend called "Girl Dinner," where women posted pics and videos of themselves eating casual plates of snacks/easy foods/whatever was on hand as dinner.

"Single Breakfast" sounds like the next trend in the making.

Right now my Single Breakfast is coffee -- with stevia and powdered milk as creamer.

Once the coffee wakes up my brain, and my brain wakes up my stomach, I'll let you know if it decides to head to the fridge. :p

Back a bunch of decades ago when I was single I'd eat a pound of strawberry yoplait yogurt (back then yoplait was full of big pieces of fruit), and I'd chase that with starbursts (the four basic food colors). Then I'd fill my pockets with more starbursts and head to work.

I know how that story ends. Now you have diabetes...

Loved the Blues brothers

I was a big Blues Brothers fan in Highschool. The biggest football player was a psycho bully who had a long history of crazy violence. He took a stone to my head and could've killed me. After that fight, I think I was pretty angry that he tore my shirt........my Blues Brothers T shirt.

"Four fried chickens, and a coke!"(y):giggle::coffee:

No, just an amature musician and a comedian on SNL. He and John Belushi had an idea for a skit and that launched a new career.
I know. I was being facetious.

I go down to the auction house on Saturday nights, and most of what the auctioneer says isn't even words. You have to listen close to figure out where the bid currently is. Rubber biscuit sounds a lot like an auctioneer.

Today's single breakfast is a supreme pizza with extra, extra cheese. And there's nobody here to tell me this is bad for me. So it's good for me. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Why would you do that to coffee???

Heavy cream was my go to for years but I just kept getting fatter and fatter. My doctor told me my bad (ldl) cholesterol was too high, so I stopped drinking heavy cream with it.

The almond coconut creamers that I’ve been using lately are practically zero calories and are unsweetened, so stevia sweetens it up.

It’s been my go to all year.

I even dropped a bunch of bad cholesterol this year because of it

Todays breakfast was an Atkins almond energy bar, two bowls of cocoa pebbles, a bag of hot Cheetos puffs and a 32 ounce Starbucks blonde roast cold brew with stevia and the last of the pumpkin pie almond coconut creamer

Coffee is perfect by itself. It doesn't need anything else.

My father says that about good coffee. Lackluster coffee, he adds cream.

Like, if he is at home with his preferred coffee, always black. But when he visits his mother, where there is nothing better than Folgers available, he adds cream to it.
