Hi Guys,
I'm a newby @ this chat room thing. going thru a divorce. Really want a Christian soulmate husband. Any suggestions????

I went through a separation and divorce. I turned toJesus at the time and got born again..had been a total heathen previously!
I was single for 6 years as a Christian. I never dated anyone in that time...I was 28 when I got saved.
One day I saw and met Christian couples and asked God that night to give me a wife.
About 3 months later, when I was praying at home the Lord said to me to go live in a certain town and you will find your wife there. It meant moving 1200km, leaving a good job and also my daughter who was 8 at the time, who I had access to on alternate weekends.
I met my wife Carmel in the town the first day I arrived, but did not realise till later.
Anyway...we were married 6months later!!
Her story.
She was nursing at the hospital in that town. She had been travelling previously to the U.K. and Romania where she nursed the dying AIDS babies. She then went to a Bible College in London under Colin Urqhart. She was single. So she found herself working in this town in the middle of nowhere, population 6,700.
She tried to leave the town a few times but God shut doors so she had to stay.
Then I arrived up there. Da daaa!:D
God set her up.
My suggestion is let go of trying to find one(not that you are) and simply ask Father. Then be sensitive to His voice.
I was a groomsman for a brother who met his wife on a singles site...theyare still married nearly 20 years later. It happens...but they both felt strongly led to post adds on the site, something they had never done before.
You know what JC said..seek first the Kingdom and da da da da...how long it takes is His business..He knows what has to transpire first in you or him.
Blessings
Dennis

First, get over the divorce. Then, understand why God let this happen. When you understand who you are in Christ, then, start looking. If you don't do the steps in order, you run the risk of another bad marriage. Soulmates only come from the God who saves your soul.
