You're a voice in the wilderness, brother! Hallelujah! I'm somewhat surprised that there are not a few more soldiers joining in to support your stand.
May God's perfect love make you and keep you as a shining and a burning light.
Jude24: Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
2 Peter 1:10 Therefore, brothers, be all the more diligent to confirm your calling and election, for if you practice these qualities you will never fall. (ESV). What qualities are these? Read the previous few verses.

Some of you other brothers could be MUCH more fruitful, satisfied and powerful in your own Christian life, you know. The greatest miracle of all is full salvation. Jesus Christ did not come, teach the disciples daily for 3 years, die on the cross and rise again from the dead, and ascend into glory to make us humans behave slightly better, a bit less sinful, not quite as covetous and judgemental as we were before we became Christians. He did this to proved salvation and cleansing FROM all known sin, a moment-by-moment daily walk led and empowered by His divine love.

You guys just don't know about it, that's why you are skeptical. May God send us revival, we need a God-sent revival of mighty power and the fear of the Lord. Your Christian lhearts and lives can be absolutely transformed! Read Samuel Chadwick (Wesleyan Methodist) or Samuel Logan Brengle (Salvation Army) or any of the other great Christian authors of days gone by. Enlarge our hearts Lord, I pray.

Thanks for your kind words. Brengle and Chadwick are amongst my favorite authors. O, if more people would come to know and experience entire sanctification, it would change their defeated lives into one of being overcomers.
I pray for a true Heaven sent revival every day. When I read of the times of the Wesleys, Peter Cartwright, Asbury and others, I am jealous for a real move of God.

I am not pleading any ignorance. Just stating that sin is a willful transgression against a known law of God. Since I was entirely sanctified, I have not done that.

Go ahead and scoff. They scoffed at the Wesley brothers, they scoffed at the Methodists, they scoffed at the Holiness Movement, all to no avail. The truth of Scriptural Holiness has triumphed in the lives of the faithful down through the years and brought nothing but shame on the unbelieving and carnal minded.

By known law do u just mean the 10 commandments ?
There is such a thing as sinning in ignorance , Numbers Ch 15 talks about it as does Leviticus Ch 4+5 . I'm not trying to convict u I promise , just trying to help u understand my point , which is , it's quite possible for us to sin without realising it . We may say something to one of our brothers or sisters , in all innocence , not meaning any harm at all but , we may have hurt their feelings quite badly , in innocence but , it is still a sin . We really don't always know what effect our words or deeds have upon other people .
What if u decide to change jobs but , it is not God's Will that u do so ? U might say that God wouldn't allow u to leave your old job and get a new one unless it was His Will and that maybe true , however , He may allow to do that just so that u discover for yourself that it wasn't the right thing for u to do and to learn to always ask Him about such things before u do them .
My whole point is that we Christians do not live under strictly laid down black and white rules , we r under the Grace of God , He has given us His Holy Spirit to guide us , as individuals , personally through this mine field of a life that isn't often just black and white .
Isaiah Ch 30 V 21 , and Romans 14 especially , is very helpful in this matter . If the rules that we r supposed to live by were totally rigid and black and white , then we would certainly have the right to judge each other wouldn't we ? We all know and accept that murder us a sin so we can judge each other on that account can't we ? How about celebrating Christmas ? Is that a black and white issue ? Exactly how many glasses of wine us too many ? Who is to say ?
The Holy Spirit guides each of our consciences and , does it on an individual basis . I knew a brother who loved the Truth more than anything for sure . He did the lottery . His faith and love toward God was without question . He often won small sums . I loved him a lot but , I don't do the lottery , I think it's wrong . He didn't think so . We never argued about it .
We have a lot of liberty in Christ and that's a good thing I think , we r not living as Christians did in Paul's day , wether our lives r easier or harder than theirs doesn't matter but , it is certainly a very different world and we have to learn to navigate it without a rule book but , with the best guide we could ever hope for .

The sins of ignorance in the OT were to do with the ceremonial law. There are no sins of ignorance in the NT.

It may not b a sin to u and that's fine by me , it's your business , but to me gambling is a sin . If u do own stocks and shares that makes u a silent partner in a business , do u know how those companies conduct their businesses ? How do they treat all of their staff ? R all of their financial dealings legal ? If not , u r partly responsible because u r a partner in that business .
Do u c what I mean now ? Sin is everywhere in these kingdoms of men , it's incredibly hard for us to know , for sure , 100 per cent of the time , that we r not doing or saying anything that is against God's Will and that is what sin is , anything at all that is against God's Will .

Sorry, but what you are saying is not correct. If we sin, the Holy Spirit immediately witnesses to our spirits, that we have fallen. We also lose our inner peace.
Through the power and enabling of the Holy Spirit, we can be kept from sinning, IF we choose to.

and that means you.

you are not a perfect person, with no sin and no fallen nature.

only Jesus was sinless. that is why we have to have His perfect sacrifice to get into the Kingdom.

I c that we r not going to agree on this and that's ok with me , I don't fall out with people , especially not a brother or sister , easily , and I hope u don't either . For sure , there r many things that I used to do before I knew the Truth , that I no longer do because I recognise that God doesn't want me to do those things .
Sadly , usually at the end of day , I often realise that there was something I shouldn't have said that I did say , or something I didn't do that I should have and then , I think about all the things that I can't remember doing or not doing or saying or not saying , that I should or shouldn't have . Some of those things will surely have been sins .
Tomorrow is another day and God's mercies r fresh every day , they need to b because we r all imperfect and only Jesus was / is sinless . That's my opinion and I hope I haven't offended u with my delivery , I'm not very good at subtilties I'm afraid . May God bless u .

Given your combative nature, are you sure you didn't take a wrong turn somewhere? You should be in the Bible Discussion Forum. That's where they browbeat people and call them not REAL Christians and take so much umbrage that we have to start importing umbrage from other countries to shore up the supply.

I'm not saying this thread is wrong. One should live without sin. Romans 6 makes that very clear.

But your manner of expressing it here in this thread, that is VERY wrong. You are here to start fights. I think you are deliberately looking for them. I know for certain that you are enjoying them.
