I'll sum up this whole topic.
On one side you have a group of people that say these miracles happened. On the other side you have a group of people that says all the miracles are lies and anyone reported of having healing miracles occur is a false prophet. Funny thing is, there was a group of people like that in the Bible. They were known as the Pharisees.
Now he was casting out a demon that was mute. When the demon had gone out, the mute man spoke, and the people marveled.But some of them said, “He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of demons,”while others, to test him, kept seeking from him a sign from heaven.But he, knowing their thoughts, said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and a divided household falls. And if Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that I cast out demons by Beelzebul. And if I cast out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they will be your judges. But if it is by the finger of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are safe; but when one stronger than he attacks him and overcomes him, he takes away his armor in which he trusted and divides his spoil. Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.

MAny of us who do not agree with the Pentecostal miracles actually study the bible and make sure they are in line with the word. IF we see error we throw it out.
There are many people on this forum alone that claim to be prophets, and miracle workers yet when you get them all together in one thread they contradict each other. So what do you expect us to believe here? IF there is contradiction it is false.

I already explained why it'd be a waste of time. It wouldn't matter how much documention you're presented with, you'd just reject it with your "documentation," which is nothing more than people pointing fingers and saying it's all lies and none of it really happened.
Whatever side you want to side with is your choice. I have nothing that I need to prove to you. You don't want anything proved to you anyways.

What's interesting is I never said miracles didn't happen. I never said God doesn't heal. Yet you seem to say I did. Who is doing the selective reading?

You don't have to, which is why I don't care to post this much in the Bible discussion forum. (If you're out there IntotheVoid, this is another reason of why you haven't seen me posting much. All these sorts of topics end the same, people screaming how I don't provide documentation for something they don't want to believe in while evading everything that I do talk about. You haven't seen me post much IntotheVoid partly because there aren't a lot of topics I want to post it.)
You're not the only one. But that's why I don't like posting much on the Bible discussion forum. Guess I'll go back to lurking in the Miscellaneous forum until a topic pops up that I do want to post in.
