There is a vast difference between a Christian by title and a Christian by heart, and there is just as much of a difference between love being spoken of and love being put into action.
It's easy to call ourselves Christians and to claim to know and be love and to teach and preach of love isn't it?
However look at the majority of believers, look how they teach and speak and preach of so called love and call themselves Christians and claim to know and be love yet use the scriptures as a weapon to make others bleed and look down upon others with boastful self righteous hearts. Look how they study and debate the word of God only so they can prove themselves right and others wrong, look how they mock and name call and argue senselessly like immature children under the guise for the truth.
It seems that many of us have forgotten what it means to be a Christian and have lost what love really is. Love does not use the scriptures as a weapon love does not attack and mock and name call love does not senselessly argue and debate the word of God rather love discusses them for the sole purpose of growing closer to God and his love seeking to not only dive deeper into that vast ocean that is his love and his heart but also to bring others dive with us into that beautiful ocean.
love does not respond in a unkind manner even when being attacked and mocked by others rather love sets an example by responding in a calm humble mature and loving manner and love admits when they might be wrong not bearing the pride and arrogance of many who claim love yet will defend their views until the bloody gruesome end.
CC is a perfect example of what is truly in the hearts of the members of the body of Christ, and only love- not love as the human heart knows of but the love that comes from his heart alone can make that spark set this wet forest ablaze once more
