Bingo... I think, anyway. There's a lot of understanding, acceptance, humility, etc. that comes along with doing that. And that seems to contribute to the person being ready to heal. If that makes sense.
 
Today I've been talking with Him about surrender. My surrender. Facing my own stupidity. Thinking I should do one thing when He may want me to do something else.
 
Dothhackzero, It's making him your best friend and talking to him about everything! If you were married and had a spouse how would you talk to them? Start out the day... good morning.....I love you... what are we doing today, Jesus? Invite him into every precious moment of your life. Invite him into the good and the bad. Turn to him for advice and end your day with....I love you... thanks for being there for me again today and good night, Jesus... if you want to talk to me in my sleep you can:). Oh, and of course don't forget to compliment him everytime you get a chance. Surprisingrose.
