Daniel, every male and a lot of females from the beginning of time have struggled greatly with this problem! It's even been reported that ever half of all Pastors struggle with this!
So don't feel alone, but know that our bodies are the temple of the Lord, and its his desire to keep them Holy!
Don't let the enemy lie to you that your the only one that struggles with this! Every one of your brothers in Christ daily battle with unclean thoughts and the temptations of the flesh!
I'm 44 and have been a spirit filled Christian since I was 16 years old and have battled with it my whole life!
With my advice to You, is the same advice that helps me!
It comes from the word of God! His word says stay away from youthful lust's and the lust's of the flesh, by seeking after the works of the Spirit! The Bible is so true when it says the Flesh and the Spirit are at war!
So here's my advice, start feeding more on the Spirit of God in prayer and in his word, and slowly start resisting the temptations and works of the flesh, and you will start to see new victories that will draw you closer to God! But let me also say, that as you grow in this new plan to overcome masturbation and lust, don't let the devil beat you up every time you fall! This is going to be a gradual victory you will win, so with each fall, even if its every day, until you become stronger in the Spirit, just dust yourself off again, and pick up your sword and keep fighting!
P.S. Remember God said in His word that his mercy's
are new each day! And the next time when Satan comes to remind you of your past, just remind him of his future, the lake of Fire!
