I was not convicted by the Holy Spirit of sin until I understood the sin. Until I understood the law I was transgressing.

Unless there is a speed sign to indicate the lawful speed, you will not know which speed to travel at.

100km/h or 60 or 130km/h.
What speed is best to drive at?

The law defines sin and if you throughout the law you will not be convicted of sin. Human nature finds a way to justify sin and harden the heart against the Holy Spirit.

But if we soften the heart and admit we are wrong the Holy Spirit can convict us.

Exo 20:13-16
13 Thou shalt not kill.
14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.
15 Thou shalt not steal.
16 Thou shalt not bear false witness....

We agree that these are sins pointed out by the law.

Exo 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
But most believe this is not a sin and do not feel convicted because they justify this law as being only for the Jews.

Rom 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
Rom 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
Rom 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

Gal 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

By surrender to The Spirit you will begin to appreciate the law.

Incorrect, the law shows you some of the sins that mankind commits and definitely not all sin.

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is an unforgivable sin and a very serious sin.

That is not in the law.

Rejection of Jesus Christ is another fatal sin and that is not in the law.

Drunkenness, greed, unforgiveness, these deeds of the flesh are not in the law.

Sin is lawlessness is useless for a Gentile because Gentile nations were not under the Federal law of Israel.

You need to focus on Exodus 24 and discard traditional church theology.

What is the difference, between the laws that you claim we should obey, and and the ones I say the bible teaches we should obey?

Both are laws from God
Both are to be obeyed.

The logical reason I do not obey the cerimonial law is because they pointed to Jesus and Jesus fulfilled them in His life, death and resurrection.
The standard of right and wrong is the same. Sin does not change for Gentiles.

Here is a verse that contains God's words and read it carefully.

2 Kings 17:37
The statutes and the ordinances and the law and the commandment which He wrote for you, you shall observe
to do forever; and you shall not fear other gods.

It appears the entire law is forever.

So how do you reconcile the verse above?

I believe Jesus fulfilled what the ceremonial system was designed to foreshadow. The sacrifices, earthly priesthood, temple services, and feast-day shadows all pointed forward to the coming Messiah. Once Christ came, offered Himself as the true Lamb of God, and entered His heavenly priestly work, those ceremonial elements reached their fulfillment. The blood of animals could never take away sin; they were shadows pointing to the perfect sacrifice of Christ.

But I do not believe this means God’s commandments were abolished. There is a difference between the ceremonial laws that pointed forward to Christ and the moral law that reveals God’s character and His will for mankind. Jesus fulfilled the sacrificial system, but He also said, “If you love Me, keep My commandments” (John 14:15). He did not teach lawlessness. He taught obedience from the heart.

This is why the New Covenant does not say God removes His law; it says He writes His law on the heart. Jeremiah 31:33 says, “I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts.” Hebrews repeats this same promise. The issue is not that God’s law disappears, but that obedience is no longer merely external. Through the Spirit, God restores the heart so His people can walk with Him in truth.

The Sabbath also should not be treated merely as a Jewish ceremonial shadow. It was established at creation before Sinai, before Israel became a nation, and before the ceremonial system was given. God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it in Genesis 2:2–3. Jesus later said, “The Sabbath was made for man” (Mark 2:27), not merely for one ethnic people. So while Christ fulfills the feast shadows and brings an end to animal sacrifice, the Sabbath remains connected to creation, worship, rest, and relationship with God.

So I would summarize it this way: Jesus fulfilled the ceremonial shadows, ended the need for animal sacrifices and an earthly temple system, and became our true High Priest. But He did not abolish God’s moral commandments. He restored their true purpose by writing them on the hearts of His people and calling them to obey Him out of love.

I've worshipped with them a few times, a long time ago, studied with the 119 Ministry, online ... excellent ministry.

It's just that I believe that since Jesus fulfilled the Spring Feasts, we are not to observe them any longer. There is no need to now....
I believe that the Fall feast's are being fulfilled spiritually, with Christ being our High Priest in the heavenly Sanctuary NOW, having moved from the Holy Place, into the Most Holy Place of the Sanctuary, in 1844, per the 2300 year prophecy of Daniel 8, officiating the Atonement with His Blood & the Investigative Judgment, getting ready for the soon close of the world's probation of Daniel 12:1... Jesus is return REAL SOON, within years, not decades. Tribulations are already being, and it's going to get much worse !

Okay so it's just a matter of you not understanding Bible Prophecy correctly, to where Jesus points out who the Adversary, Satan and his allies are in the world today and the sequence of the End of Days, to His Second Coming, and beyond.

What I can not get folks on this site to understand, Jesus and the 12 were practicing Jews, but as Christ stated over and over, the Jewish leaders taught the right law, the right way -- but they themselves did not do what they taught. which is the same today.

This year, 2026 is one, Passover is on a Wednesday, the Feast of Trumpets, the First day of Tabernacles and the 8Th Day, The Last Great Day, all fall on a 7th Day Sabbath.

I have come to believe these years are very important, If you accept the year of 31 AD as the year of His Death, that year was a Double Sabbath Year. and 3 1/2 earlier, 27 AD when He began His 3 1/2 years confirming the covenant was a DSY. the Sabbath and the Feasts of God, I find are very important.

Christ came to fill the law to the full. It was only physical, now it is also spiritual.

I do not see a civil law and a ceremonial one, I see the Torah as God instruction book on how to live together in unity, which man has never accomplished in 6000 years.
I believe the Torah is eternal and reveals to man the Divine Nature and Mind of God.

everything physical is temporary, the Spiritual is eternal.
The Torah came first as physical but when the physical is no more, the spiritual Torah will remain for ever.

I observe the 7th Day Sabbath and the 7 Holy Feasts of God, and the Passover, not the physical but the spiritual Passover.

I have learned the seven Feasts reveals the seven steps of God's plan of salvation, which begins with Passover which is not a Holy day, not one of the 7. I began observing them in 1969

numbers are used by God in many way, the number 7, I see as God's number signifying spiritual completion and perfection. there are 7 Feasts for a reason.

3, 12, 40, 50 are also important, 12 is God's people, were there not 12 apostles.
