Before you jump to any conclusions., I am NOT a prophet. 
Isaiah chapter 17:1-3 KJV
1 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.
2 The cities of Aroer are forsaken: they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
3 The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Syria: they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, saith the Lord of hosts.
The following is from the Hebrew, translated as close as I can interpret it, finding definitions of words that are way out for most of us. Middle English is not the way we speak these days.
1. The Lamb will judge Damascus, showing them their unpaid debt, and they will have a moral awakening; their nakedness of discrimination will be revealed and be defeated.
2. Leave the ruins of the past, sweep and clean out because of this awakening, believing that there is no god but God, and together you will not be in danger.
3. The establishment of what Israel’s birthright represents, and the monarchy of the Damascus persuasion that remains in Syria; will respect the descendants of Israel, and this repentance of Damascus will be very pleasing to Master YHWH.
