Two words: BUG BOMB!!!! It should get rid of eggs, larvae, and bugs. One year the flies were really bad so we decided to bomb the house and it worked great. The only downside is cleaning everything afterwards and you can't be in the house for at least 12 hours

I've done that with bed bugs before, a few summers ago. Worked like a charm.
