i'm sorry you're upset. it must be hard getting used to a new faith and a new site all at once, in a way.
all i can suggest is stick around and you'll get to know member's posting styles. especially in the BDF,
the way i did it (which certainly isn't for everyone) was to read a lot first. it helped me get to 'know' folks.

and just a tip? miknik is a woman. you can know by the color of the username; pink for women, blue for men.
lots of people get confused by that one. :)
also, if you're here a while, you'll know our Oncefallen is eminently fair, and calm and patient.
i'm not making a call on what happened with you. i'm only saying what we've all come to know about him.
we also don't know what happens with other members in terms of rebuke, nor do we have a right to know.

Well had a breast biopsy today that is my breast cancer awareness month of October will find out what's up or o.k. on Friday or Monday. Prayers solicited and thanks for them. Blond

I've about the sheep & goats; good figs & bad figs; the hot vs cold vs lukewarm. I've heard about the Jews and gentiles and the love of God. I've heard about judgement and mercy and God's perfect justice. But I've hardly heard about the good fish and bad fish that were caught up into one net. Note to self (or anyone else): See Matthew 13
 
So earlier today I got an email getting invited to a ladies luncheon through work discussing important issues that us women face on a regular basis and the place we went was a Thai restaurant. A couple other ladies from my department wanted to ride with me and we pulled up and I swear this place looked like a rundown shack. In unison we said, "I don't know about this place" lol. We ordered our food and sat down when all of a sudden one of the ladies turns to me and asks what I was drinking because it looked nasty. I turn to her and say, "Thai iced tea and it is delicious" the look on her face when she tried it was priceless and she doesn't like spicy food, and that thought was so foreign to me cause I love spicy food lol

Irish are cool (nutty for sure) I always have this one bad connection I like them but Im actually afraid of one type of food one can to be exact Oaks canned Irish stew AFraid of food o.0? It dont look good it dont taste good dont feel good after it
that stuff is like a MAJOR HEADACHE *starts shaking at mention of it

LOL to be fair my Irish roots are not that deep but the German roots are undeniable...
 
my brain works like mention of ireland + potatoes or ireland or ireland potatoe famine ( is that right?)
= scary Oaks canned irish stew
