“For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.”

Galatians 3:26 (KJV)

You will notice we say "brother

and sister" 'round here-
It's because we're a family
and these folks are so near;
When one has a heartache
we all share the tears,
And rejoice in each victory
In this family so dear.

I'm so glad I'm a part
of the family of God-
I've been washed in the fountain,
cleansed by His blood!
Joint heirs with Jesus
as we travel this sod,
For I'm part of the family,

the family of God.

Godsgirl, did you just deleted a post? I was giving an i and then poof... gone :)
yeah, sorry.
I was (re rereading it after being interrupted 10 times in 2 minutes  and it was mixed up, so I just deleted and will try again later)
basically what it came down to is this:

Parents put pressure on school board who makes final back to school plans to allow parents to choose in person or virtual (as was the first plan- then school board said ALL students MUST be virtual) NOW, parents (and staff who pushed against) won, and will have the choice back...........

We were forced into a "virtual" school when lock down first happened. For being unprepared for it, I think (at least the charter school we're at) did pretty good trying to adjust. But the time since has been focused on moving forward.

For our family, it's not much of an issue since I'm stay at home mama bear. BUT to many families have single parents, or both working parents or students who rely on special services through school......... my public school kiddos actually do better in a classroom than at home (which is one reason why they are not homeschooling, as I do have a homeschooler who learns better this way than in public school......)

It's just good to see and know that when a group of people votes to have others in charge making decisions in the (supposedly) best interest of all, yet those voted in are not doing so, and are abusing their positions/power,
that those who rise up to speak out remind them of how they got that power/position AND that election time is around the corner......
well, even though it's on a small scale, it's good to see it actually working.
