10000 IU is OK. That's what I do except in summer when I get a lot of sun. But give it a break for a while and see what happens

I think it might be time for me to redo the Old Testament…listened to all of Job and Psalms this past week but might need to listen to them again.
Psalms seems to help me process a lot and I’m currently in a Job like situation, so two great books to dive into.
