Started Non Christian Relationship and now I am back with the Lord.

My boyfriend and I dont see eye to eye at all, but he does not know the Lord. I am sure that if he does not conform to GOD's will that GOD will remove him out of my life. We have had a bad and rocky relationship related to alcohol. I no longer desire to live in the world. Its time for me to come home. Satan has tried to destroy me so many times and my Savior is my only protection.
 
Keep close to Jesus. Read the Bible and pray without ceasing. As Paul puts it, run the race to win. Finish well. Never lose sight of God.
 
Stay strong, faith! :) You have chosen well. I pray your boyfriend does as well, but don't allow him to pull you away. Be blessed!

What she said. Don't let him drag you down.

I know you said you believed God could remove him from your life, but isn't that your choice? I believe the choice to leave would be yours to make. I don't expect you to answer that question to me, but just something to think about. Also, are you more likely to fall back into a problem with alcohol with being around him? It seems like you would be...since you'd be readily exposed to it constantly. I'd think that would make staying sober and on the right track all the more difficult.
With God's help you can certainly be strong enough to make the right decisions to get your life to where it should be. Of course that's never easy, but you'll have Him every step of the way. I will say a prayer for you. Also, I wanted to leave you with a verse that I think you can take something from. It's certainly one that means a lot to me. :)

2 Corinthians 12:9

New International Version (NIV)

9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
