This is close to home, like literally close to home. He's in custody in the obion county jail which is like maybe a mile to a mile and a half away from my house
He was already out on Bond on an attempted murder charge and the judge knew he was gang affiliated
Maybe the families of victims should be able to sue the state when violent criminals out on bond of offend again
Death penalty is kind of pointless though because like 70% of death sentences are never carried out, as the inmate dies of old age on death row
So a death sentence is really just life with no parole with all the wasted resources of spending decades appealing
