Stay in the company of those who Jesus imparted to you until the end (see Mat 24:13), until His work is complete.
• “Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.” (Psalms 143.10).
Don’t risk irking someone. Even when we are affronted, let us detest being choked by the desire of vendetta. May us seek to know the way of Jesus for solving the things (Ephesians 5.16,17).
Postpone getting chafed at take orders from others. Of course, no one likes to receive orders. However, remember the advice of Peter:
• “Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward. For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully. For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.” (1Pe 2.18-20).
Let’s escape being stifled by grudge. Resist bumbling in resentments. May us be light in the middle of the murk. Let’s always remember: when someone offend us, such a person is very sick inside themselves. Jesus allows this person come in our life because we are the right person to be used for Him to heal the wounds of their soul.
