The name Stephen Collins should ring a bell to many of us in our generation that grew up watching 7th Heaven. I won't copy and paste the article but the TL:DR version is that he was recorded by his wife secretly as he confessed to molesting three little girls. I'm not sure if this was before the filming of 7th Heaven or not but the situation is heart breaking either way. TMZ? Are you serious? Their about as ridiculous as news can get. They are good for a laugh, but that's about it. Show me this article from a more reputable source than TMZ, who ironically, that isn't even their real name. It's TNZ (The News Zone) but they always seemed to be the first to report anything on Michael Jackson, so they became known as TMZ (The Michael Zone)!!! LOL!!

I've seen many episodes of 7th Heaven, and I've heard rumors of Stephen Collins molesting kids once before. Hollyweird is full of pedophiles. It does not surprise me one bit that yet another "reputable" actor has been caught admitting to being a child molestor. The movie industry, particularly child actors, is fraught with pedophilia.

Most of these sites reference back to TMZ as a source, but they are putting their media cred on the line by reporting this. No charges have been filed.

I really don't know, or care, anything about this story, or about TMZ.

However... TMZ, despite being a gossip rag, has been crediting with breaking many real and credible major stories in the last few years.

But all in all... this is sort of pointless to discuss.
People in Hollywood are involved in all kinds of sin... just like fallen humans everywhere else... kind of a non-story.
I don't know why anyone would be interested.
 
Maxwel, I posted it to show that Hollywood is full of broken people off camera and that celebrities are people who make mistakes and shouldn't necessarily be idolized simply because of the roles they play/played on camera :)

I honestly don't know if I have ever seen a more misinformed post before in my life. Thats just complete junk you wrote with no basis in reality whatsoever.
The name TMZ stands for thirty-mile zone, the historic "studio zone" within a 30-mile (50 km) radius centered at the intersection of West Beverly Boulevard and North La Cienega Boulevard in Los Angeles, California.

True, but as I said before, it is also called TMZ because they always seemed to be the first news group to report anything on Michael Jackson first, before the other news outlets did. Hence the nickname "The Michael Zone." Oh, and I also found this:

I know it's not their actual logo. I only said I found it, not that it was their logo. Stop assuming things.
 
First of all.. its true. He's already been fired from the movie he was working on 'Ted 2' and the station that airs reruns of 7th Heaven said they are no longer running them because of this.

Second of all.. TMZ is actually a very credible source for hollywood inside info. A couple of reporters on a radio news station were discussing this because there was another story about someone else who tried to leak a false story about a celeb.

I couldn't care less about celebs or TMZ but they are a reputable source. The reporters said it has something to do with the connections that the TMZ guy has in hollywood. It probably has something to do with him being a lawyer.
 
This is relevant because this show was a favourite of Christians for a while. It was very big. This was not just another kick in the guts, this is pretty bad.

Not to mention the whole Brian Houston thing at the moment where he is being accused by the victim of his father's molestation of saying he tempted his dad. (Please note Brian is not the molester, his Dad (the founder of Hillsong) was.

CAN PEOPLE JUST STUFF INTERFERING WITH KIDS ALREADY!!!
 
This is coming out of a divorce filing. His ex recorded him and is using the recording as leverage in the divorce. If there are kids that come forth and confirm the allegations that will only add to the pain and suffering.

Just another lost soul who played the part of a Christian while not having the genuine article within his person.

Oh geez!

this broke my heart and stunned me to my very core when i read about it a few days back.:( iv been HUGE fan of 7th heaven for years now. I loved reverand camden he was the eprfect tv dad and I think i got it in my head his real life self was just like him. I'll truly never be able to see the show in the same way again
