We started a low key Bible school. We needed a venue. My wife said the Lord had shown her where to hold it. The building was small rooms that were rented to artists. The location was ideal, but the rooms not. The owner of the building stipulated that only artists could rent rooms. It seemed impossible.
We did not look for alternative space to rent. Long story short, the Lord led me to ask again if anything had changed. It sure had. The owner had passed away and the building was sold. The old building was demolished and, eventually, a new two story office building went up.
The Lord led me back to the site. It was completely cleared and two guys were discussing something. I asked if the knew what was going on. The cleared site was the property of a firm of accountants. It was the same company that I'd used for my tax affairs for 10 years.
I went to see my former accountant. We were signed up for the lease of an ideal space before the building commenced. My wife was the persistent one. I respect her relationship with the Lord and her spiritual gifts.
It was about 3 years from the time we decided to have a Bible school to the time we commenced. We learned a bit about perseverance over that time.

This happened to me about a year ago. God told me there was something wrong and would not let me walk away. Once I took a tiny small step, He led me to where I was supposed to be. It is difficult to explain the overpowering nature of this experience.
