Therefore please 'explain' to us about the 'light yoke and it is easy'?

Isn't CHRIST 'referring' to all 'believers' the New Covenant/Testament/Agreement, we are all called to 'practice' and 'abide' and 'bear much fruit' and 'our fruit must also abide'?
