It was not through the law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith. For if those who depend on the law are heirs, faith means nothing and the promise is worthless, because the law brings wrath. And where there is no law there is no transgression. Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham's offspring--not only to those who are of the law but also to those who have the faith of Abraham. Romans 4:13-16
Ephesians 2:8
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--
Is that all that is written in the New Covenant/Testament/Agreement, for us who are 'called' to 'practice' and 'abide' and 'bear much fruit' and 'our fruit must abide'?
Are you in 'vain' quoting 'bits and pieces' of Holy Scripture in order to 'justify' to us, that is of 'milk' faith and as babes in CHRIST, in order to 'nullify' the
'every word/teaching that proceeded out of the mouth of GOD', therefore 'meat faith' according to the written New Covenant/Testament/Agreement, GOD already made with us by the blood of HIS SON?
GOD bless you all in 'ignorance' to HIS New Covenant/Testament/Agreement made with us all in 'faith', in the name of LORD JESUS CHRIST.
If you and others and i want to 'talk' about Abraham's faith, Abraham did 'everything' GOD told him 'personally' in his time with GOD.
Therefore, do we all who have come in initially 'by Grace through faith' the gift of GOD, and henceforth 'practice/do' all that CHRIST called us to 'do', HIS word/teaching in 'context', and 'reminder and stir up of memory' lesson, as Abraham did in HIS time with GOD in 'context', as our 'lesson' of 'faith' today, as we now have been 'given' according to the New Covenant/Testament/Agreement, and to further 'abide' and 'bear much fruit' and 'our fruit must abide'?
