Thats it! My mind is made up! Tomorrow, if he's at church, after the service, I am asking him out on a date. No more waiting. No more chickening out. I'm gonna do it!!!!! I finally have met someone that I could see myself with, time to take the risk.
 
I can see myself with that lady serial killer on dexter. Is that bad? :confused:

Ahhhh I'm so nervous! I've been on many dates in which I have been quite calm and collective, and I've asked guys out before. But I've never been THIS nervous.

OK but what if he thinks its appalling that a 30 year old is asking him out? He's younger than me :o I REALLY don't want to come off as some old cougar asking him out cus she must be desperate to find a mate!!! :S

Your over-thinking it dear, that's not something that would cross a man's mind. You won't qualify as a cougar for at least another 10 years anyway :P. He's single, your cute......why would he say no?
 
Give all the clues in the world, that you are led to give, have faith in giving them clues to the guy that God will wake him up.

But...... asking you out is his job, is how I see it, and, no, that's not the only way, there are exceptions. Most guys should be able to ask you out, that shows they are ready for a relationship, in this not so humble opinion of green, pickynicky :)

Well it happend to me once, when I asked a guy that was younger out. He told me my 'age is kind of an issue'. That hurt a bit. So I guess I am insecure about my age :S

How much younger was he? Myself and none of my friends that I know would turn down a woman just because she was older, unless it was like waaay older.

I believe it was by 6-7 years. He was a close friend whom I developed feelings for, it was also the first time I was friendzoned. He was a dweeb. But yeah, I guess it was just a bad experience that made me wonder how I come across to younger guys.

Maybe he was secretly gay, or just had bad taste :P. Can't let one situation keep you down.
 
But Donkey, I must ask, is it intimidating for a guy to be asked out by/dating a girl who older?
