I have taken "work from home". Too exhausted to go to work today. Mom suggested we have grilled chicken for lunch. Yum yum. Grilled chicken with garlic sauce, mint sauce and some kuboos. Yay!
Just replace the yellow sauce with green mint sauce.

I didn't realize that there was still segregation issues in the U.S. I thought that was long done with. I read in the news about a girl in Georgia that had her school split invitation only- 'white-prom' night/ 'black-prom' night. Anyways, I guess her friends and her got together and made a change and had the first integrated prom ever. I guess she wanted to tell the story to the new Human Rights Museum that we just built in the city, and they offered to display her prom dress and story in the museum itself. So that's nice.
I did some googling and the only news I can find about segregated proms in Georgia is a year old. Still, it's strange to think that as recently as last year they had segregated proms. Progress moves slowly in some areas. If they're that slow to change, wonder what they'd think about my toe shoes?
Yes, I just a short time ago made my first cup of decaf Crème Brulee coffee with cinnamon ....yum.... and might have been proposed to in a Muskrat Song......life doesn't get any better than this....I'm so in love....with him....not the coffee... just wanted to clear that up I am Blond you know.

This is really, really shocking. I'm not sure how they even legally got away with having a segregated prom at a public high school all these years. I'm very surprised that no one has sued. I can't even wrap my mind around this happening as recently as last year.
After work traffic, horrible horrible traffic, cars full of California license plates, and spot a car with a Georgia license plate, and thought about Pipp and made me smile.
I put him in my room again last night, and he did muuuch better. I think he's starting to learn that lights out = bedtime which = no playtime which also = not the time to attack my feet. Though he loved laying beside me or in my window. lol I need to change the screen to just glass because it's getting too cold to have the screen part down.
