That moment when saying something would do no good and only serve to frustrate me further, yet Not saying anything is just as bad.

So tonight at my house it's dinner for basically 1. I dunno what to make. I have a little bit of energy today, so I might make a Shepherd's pie. I might not bother peeling the potatoes and just doing something like a dirty mashed potatoes (ain't nobody got time for peeling potatoes). Plus I'm thinking of using red potatoes anyhow. I loooooooove red potatoes. And the ones I got this time around just taste AMAZINNGGG. They're organic so that's probably why. Either way. I'll have to peel off the outer layer of the carrots so that'll require some work...because I don't think I have any frozen carrot/pea blend laying around anywhere.

Chili's good, too. Though I don't like kidney beans...if I'm gonna make a chili I'd probably omit any sort of bean. It's more of a texture thing than anything. Because beans don't really have a taste.... they're just super mushy and gross.

Black beans I tolerate. They sort of have a taste, and for some reason in a Chipotle burrito bowl, the texture doesn't bother me a bit.
