I talked with my northamerican professor about popular sayings. He would want to hear a Brazilian popular saying. I reminded one, the proverb says:

“In Blind’s land who has one eye is King.”

My professor smiled…
where persons are ignorant anyone with a little bit knowledge has advantage over others, if him is a good man ok, but some times any men can be evil.

could you share some popular saying from your country?

Things I need to do tomorrow:


Wake up at a decent time.


When my dad gets to the house, ask him if we can go to the store to buy a pack of gum.


Go sign in for my driver's test.


Either fail or pass test.


Ask dad if I can go get coffee regardless of whether I pass or fail because GOSH DANGIT I'm gonna need it.






Yeeeeaaaahhh....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pray guys. I really need this. Even though I don't have a car, I need this. It's just one step forward that I know needs to be taken. I think I have everything down. I'm not sure. Only by God's grace and power will I be able to do this, I think...

Please pray for me and my family. My father is very ill and there's nothing more the doctors can do for him. He will be coming home from the hospital tomorrow and will stay with us at home under hospice care. Thank you for your prayers. As you can imagine, I'm not taking this too well.. I can't imagine my life without him. :( Thank you. God bless.

Praying for you too zeto, am real close to my dad too he'll be 88 and I too cant imagine life without him. Thanks to Jesus, any separation, as gut wrenching as it is, will be temporary, so we never have have life without our loved ones. Praying God gives you more grace to bear, and keeps us all focused on His ever-present love.Peace be yours today in Jesus' name, amen.
