It's another cold and snowy day here in CT. It's spring yet there's a snowstorm outside. It's dark and gloomy,and in a few hours I have to be at work. I feel like all I do is work lately. Work,come home, eat, sleep, and then start this process all over again. I hope my spring and summer won't be the same. Now...what shall I eat for lunch before work?...Sigh...

an hour and 9 mins. i'm so tired. lol
first part of the call was to check on benefits, but then i was transferred to claims because one of my claims was processed incorrectly. that part of the call took the majority of the time.
the CSR was very nice, and i know she did her best to help me.
but i'm seriously tired.
