The tumbleweed then tried to roll off into the sunset, but since the Old West is north of the subtropical ridge the prevailing winds were in the wrong direction.

An elder was visiting his son one Sunday afternoon. Suddenly he said, "Hey son, you got a newspaper?"

His son said, "Dad, please, nobody does newspapers anymore. Here, you can borrow my tablet."

The father took the tablet and walked across the room, and there was a POP sound. Then he handed the tablet back to his son and said, "Thanks son. That fly never knew what hit him."
