Laughs at the fact I can't even Skype Abby because I forgot my Skype name again and I've deleted the email address brilliant! Haha I make myself laugh haha

So, I'm pretty sure even my laptop doesn't want me to get up this morning and use it... I've never had problems with it Before, and all the sudden...it won't even start up. And the laptop isn't even that old... Oh well... That's why I've always used my phone... It's a smart phone... Also my hand held computer in my pocket.:o

LittleBit what does it do? Does it try to boot Windows and fail? Or do the indicator lights not even come on when you hit the power button?

Lol you don't have to try and fix my laptop Lynx..

It tries to boot up, but when the ASUS screen comes up, then a blue screen pops up and says sorry And error occurred and we will restart your PC for you, then it goes to *try* and restart itself then nothing. It doesn't even do anything, goes down as if shutting down, then that's it. It's like to restart itself It dies. :(
 
A nerd does not fix a computer because he feels obligated. He fixes a computer because machines should work, and when they do not it is an affront to all things right, good and true. :cool:

Try bringing up the boot menu. On an ASUS that is usually dribbling the Esc key at startup. Or try accessing BIOS. On an ASUS that... is also usually dribbling the Esc key at startup, and scrolling down to "Enter Setup."

Have I mentioned that apparently I have a "smart" ASUS laptop and it knows to... "fix itself"? lol

Cause it was just "fixing" itself and the main screen popped up for me to type in my password... WOW!!!

I can honestly say... THAT has never happened before... Now I love my laptop EVEN more!!! lol Nerds are hot... always have been to me... which is why... I'm sorta a nerd myself... Didn't come about till recently though... I was too shy and scared to admit it... thought I was lame to be a "nerd"... now I embrace it! :cool:

But thank you so much for the help... I would have done that if my laptop hadn't of fixed itself first :D
 
It happens. Sometimes something will hang in the system for a few cycles until a "that's enough of that" relay is tripped and the hanging bit is purged. Glad your computer still works.
 
I'm just glad its Friday in general... Man alive, this whole week has been crazy for me... I hope I'm able to enjoy this weekend and do nothing like I've always wanted!!! lol (yea... like THAT ever happens...)
 
the past few days, i've gotten frustrated easily.

i'm wearing all black today cuz... i can. lol

i keep telling my boss we need a nap time at work. this morning, i told him in saying no to my idea obviously means it's a hate crime (totally joking). lol
 
There is a padded room somewhere in the forums if you need to let out some rage
