Dear Lord, of course our prayer is to resolve this conflict, but if hard times must continue a little while longer, give kittyp strength as she trusts in you, letting nothing steal the joy she has through knowing you. Let her feel you alongside her, holding her hand, knowing she is not facing this alone. Give her wisdom to handle this conflict the way Christ would. May she come out of this conflict stronger and closer to you. Protect her son amidst this, that he would not be caught in the middle or feel torn between his family. Please calm the storm in this situation, soften any hardness of hearts, enter this situation with your peace that it may be an opportunity for growth and healing.
