I used to cut so I know where you are at.
I dont know your situation or anything, but think about this.
what will cutting solve? nothing. you are just hurting yourself and harming your temple of God. also it can turn into an ugly addictive habbit that you will do even when nothing is wrong, or when the stupidest little thing happens.
also Jesus shed HIS blood for you, so you do not have to.

Ah sister. Physical pain, only blocks emotional pain for so long.
Talk to God. Scream to him if you like. But talk to him directly. Dont ask him for vague things like peace.. let that come later when you can allow yourself peace.
Rebuke the specific feelings from your life in his name. Invite God in to take the place of this pain. I promise you, he wants to do it. And he's very very strong. He can lift anything.
Let me share with you, if you will.
My physical block for emotional pain was drugs. Lots of drugs. It took God in his infinite power to save me from thinking I could do it all myself. But he did. And it was so easy for him. And once I sat down and really asked him to, actually inviting him into my life instead of just demanding he do something, he came in. Was the most amazing experience I've ever had.
I was lucky enough to have an family friend that knew me to pray with. Do you have an older family friend or relative that you trust that can sit down and pray with you? If not, Im sure there would be some lovely female elders online here that would help you rebuke this from your life and pray to let God in.
Just remember. I set to block pain for almost a decade. When I finaly had the courage to truely invite him to the areas I had hidden for so long, God saved me in a day, and now continues to help me every day.
I know this sounds weird. But now he's my drugs, now he's my peace. Nothing compares to the peace of our Lord little sister I promise!
I share this with you, because even though my past is horrible and ugly, Jesus took it and turned it into a strength. He can do anything little sister, anything!

My dear child, do not be afraid for he is good, put your troubles, stress worries in the good lord's hand and all will be done, give it time and just be patience so many times i have felt like you and thought "what is the point" but then i told myself god put me on earth for a reason and for that reason alone should be enough if you are a true christian to understand the greatness of the good lord, I pray that you will find peace and love, just think everytime you hurt yourself u are hurting God that should make u stop my friend God bless you my child and may the lord's light shine upon you always and forver

I have an idea you more than likely cut yourself because you have no vission for your life or future and life seems meaningless and nothing saticefies your inner man. The issues run deeper than pain itself and not quite wanting to die but not quite wanting to live it is that terrifying inbetween feeling like there is no way out. Sometimes it can be a past issue that could be causing this strange feeling of void or a chemical imballence in the brain but I think most everytime I have seen it is a spiritual matter of the inner being of the heart. Seriously it is all about Love or nothing else in life matters. Wanting that fullenss in life, or that purpose, that inner joy, but for some reason just caught in that dark deepest place. So the cutting of the flesh continues because your spirit is starving and is crying out to be touched by love meaning and purpose. Read Psalm23 the whole chapter 1corinthians13 the whole chapter and Jeremiah29:11 and Jeremiah33:3 in the bible. If you dont have a bible please barrow one from someone! Love you sis.

just wanted to add in my bit, there are many people, younger, older that have been through or are going through the same sort of experience you are right now.
I understand where Karuna is coming from with her advice to you, even though doing something like that isn't a perfect solution once cutting is an addiction it's very very hard to completely give it up and weaning off of it just like you would with drugs or smoking etc is something that may help (I used to use a hair tie around my wrist and pull on it so I still got the stinging effect without actually damaging my wrist or arm and without the blood obviously)
But remember what your going through can be dealt in other ways. talk to someone about it, even if it's someone from here just someone who will listen to you and is willing to be there for you when your going through urges to cut you may find will help you over time. Remember to keep holding on, do what you need to do to get through this, always remember your not alone, we're going to be praying with you through this and God is crying with you, this wont last forever and you will come out stonger than ever before.

I just want to tell you, you don't have to cut yourself, you don't have to feel emotion pain, you can give it all to Jesus. The Lord said, give me your burden. Give it to Jesus, give Him your Load of heaviness, and in exchange, he'll give you peace, give you joy, and love. It is a great deal, and I know a good deal when I hear one!

Today is the day of salvation, God came to heal the broken hearted.. and today Jesus wants to heal you, so give your life to the Lord, don't wait. Say it with me with your heart, meaning every word:

Say that prayer with your heart, doesn't matter if you open your eyes or not ( I like to close my eyes but it shows humility) but believe in the Lord. Yes, allow God to work in your life, but you have to be willing to give up yourself for Him. So get involved in a Church. When I say involved I mean, working also. Cleaning the bathrooms, mopping, cooking, settling up chairs, going out with your Church to do work and activities. And when your are at home, I want you to pick up a hobby, start cleaning, start having a set of chores to do every morning, evening, and night. Keep yourself busy, and in your busy-buzz life, you will eventually start to notice, the more you give yourself to the Lord, the more you will stop your sinful habits.
