Revelation 17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

Seven heads could refer to the G7 and ten horns could refer to BRICS. Interestingly the ten nations in BRICS are not in the G7.

The ten nations in BRICS are Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, UAE, and Indonesia. If Russia and China attack the US then it is possible that the three horns that are broken off are Russia, China and Iran. These would be replaced by the little horn which I think may be France.

Revelation 17:16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

The whore can refer to the US dollar and the Fed.

Revelation 17:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

The woman is not a nation, the US is in the G7 so they would be one of the seven heads. But the great city that reigns over the earth is Washington DC and "king dollar".

The unicorn (the little horn) is chained to the dragon. We can understand the coat of arms as saying "I serve the red dragon, your man the Little horn"

Jeremiah 6:11 Therefore I am full of the fury of the Lord; I am weary with holding in: I will pour it out upon the children abroad, and upon the assembly of young men together: for even the husband with the wife shall be taken, the aged with him that is full of days. 12 And their houses shall be turned unto others, with their fields and wives together: for I will stretch out my hand upon the inhabitants of the land, saith the Lord. 13 For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.

It is a shock when you see brothers and sisters in the Lord, people you respected, given to covetousness and dealing falsely with others. This is the way of the world, we live in a litigious society. Dealing falsely with people is par for the course. Being given to covetousness is expected, it is standard. But we should be encouraged, it should offend you and it does offend the Lord. He will deal with this. Come out from their midst and have nothing to do with them.
 
Jeremiah 6:17 Also I set watchmen over you, saying, Hearken to the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hearken. 18 Therefore hear, ye nations, and know, O congregation, what is among them. 19 Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it.

In Christianity they emphasize "fruit". You preach the gospel, people should be saved, you should have fruit. That is true, but only a very small part of the truth. Some people will receive what you say, some will reject. But the word spoken to everyone is effective and operative. If you refuse to listen to the Lord speaking to you then you will bring judgment on yourself. Many people ask "why does the Lord allow this and that". Well the Lord will respond, why did you refuse to listen to me when I warned you that this and that was coming?
 
Zephaniah 2:2 Before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the Lord come upon you, before the day of the Lord's anger come upon you. 3 Seek ye the Lord, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the Lord's anger.

2 Corinthians 7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

What promises? That would be the assurance of salvation, the forgiveness of sins, and the Lord breathing the Holy Spirit into us. This is why we cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and sin. This is not "works salvation". Salvation is by faith, that is the promise that we have faith in. However, the proper response to having your spirit enlivened by the Holy Spirit indwelling you is to cleanse yourself from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit. For example, the Holy Spirit will not want to continue living a certain way, He is your new roommate. These things are related, is pornography filthiness of the flesh or spirit? It is certainly filthiness of the flesh, but it is also a portal for demonic spiritual entities to have a way in your life. All sin and all works of the flesh open the door for Satan and the demons to enter your life. Once you are saved a proper response is to fear God and to perfect holiness in that fear. Before you and your friends treated things as a "joke" or a "lark". Fornication, nothing serious, drugs, no big deal. But now you realize these things grieve the Holy spirit and they open the door for Satan and demons to make your life hell.

2 Receive us; we have wronged no man, we have corrupted no man, we have defrauded no man.

These mega pastors with their mansions, private planes, gold chains, and luxury cars. They have defrauded thousands with their preaching of the prosperity gospel and once saved always saved. Look carefully and you will hear the stories of how they have corrupted men and women associated with their ministry. You will also learn how they have wronged many other people. Why would you listen to someone with a history of wronging people, corrupting others and defrauding thousands? What are these ones saying, they are telling you that the Apostle Paul was a false prophet. Why would you listen to people who are obviously false prophets tell you who is a false prophet? There is an expression "over the target". It means if you are a fighter plane in the war, when you get over your target the sky will light up with flax and bullets and flares. All of that attack tells you that you are "over the target". Once I realize who the false prophet is, anyone they are speaking against and trying to shoot down is like God giving you the good housekeeping seal of approval. Jesus said "the gates of hell shall not prevail against the builded church". So then, the proper ministry should be battling the gates of hell. If there is no battle with the gates of hell then this is not the church the Lord is building.

3 I speak not this to condemn you: for I have said before, that ye are in our hearts to die and live with you.

Condemnation is from Satan. We all come from different backgrounds, some are saved as felons, some are saved as drug addicts, some are saved out of witch craft. So don't be condemned if you get saved out of "prosperity gospel" or a "tele evangelist ministry with some guy who defrauded thousands". Instead realize this was God's sovereignty. Look at your experience as getting a first hand tutoring on how they defraud, how they deceive, how they corrupt, and how they wrong others so that you can discern them and help others to discern them as well.

4 Great is my boldness of speech toward you, great is my glorying of you: I am filled with comfort, I am exceeding joyful in all our tribulation.

No one cares that the US Olympic team won the gold medal in hockey in 1980. What they care about is the story of all the tribulation those kids and that coach went through so that they could beat the Soviets, the greatest team on earth. This tribulation is fleeting, only for a short while, so enjoy it while it is here. No one cares if you told people about the rapture beforehand. What they care about is hearing all the stories of being mocked, ridiculed and persecuted because of your testimony. Everyone being so certain that you were wrong right up to the moment it became clear to all on earth that you were right.
 
PTSD is the sorrow of the world working death.

2 Corinthians 7:9 Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing.

A phony gospel will not cause you to sorrow unto repentance. Rather it will give you a false sense of security, it will make you proud and arrogant, and that will all lead to a fall and damage to you. Cults make the members seem special, elite, better than everyone else. That is why they are willing to throw away everything they have ever done and become slaves to the guy running the cult, like someone selling flowers at the airport. A genuine gospel will not cause you damage in anything. It will help you to succeed in your career, and in your marriage and in your family. It will help you clean up your life from drugs, alcohol and other harmful dependencies.

10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

Godly sorrow lets you see how various things are harmful to you. All of a sudden you realize you need to pull up these weeds and you need to deal with these pests that are eating your garden. But the world is the opposite, they use guilt to make you want drugs and alcohol, they use your past failings to make you dependent on the pests that are eating up your garden.

11 For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter.

Suppose your father was an alcoholic who was abusive. You saw that and you might use that after a godly sort, you see this as a warning to you that you don't want to take that same road. In the world they'll tell you that you are doomed to take the same road, it is who you are. But in the church you will see that no, I am now a child of God and in His love He gave me that father as a warning to me. Hacksaw Ridge is a movie based on a true story. This kid's father had fought in World War 1 and returned home with PTSD. He was an alcoholic, he was abusive, and his son became so angry he almost shot and killed his father. He knew his father wasn't a bad person and that he was sick, so he sorrowed after a godly sort vowing never to pick up a gun again. He saw that if he did pick up a gun he might kill someone and then regret that and feel guilty for his whole life. So when World War 2 comes around he enlists, he wants to be a medic to help people who are shot, but he refuses to carry a gun. It was incredibly difficult to be in the army without taking a gun and it caused him to go through great trials and tribulation. Ultimately they ship him out and Hacksaw ridge is where the Japanese wiped out his company, everyone fled except for him. He stayed through the night lowering down the injured. He rescued 75 men and won the medal of honor. As a result he was able to go through the war, see horrific bloodshed but did not suffer from PTSD. There was no shame, no guilt in his actions. PTSD is the sorrow of the world working death.

12 Wherefore, though I wrote unto you, I did it not for his cause that had done the wrong, nor for his cause that suffered wrong, but that our care for you in the sight of God might appear unto you.

This story is not about the kid's father who suffered PTSD because of what happened in the war, nor was it about some war crime that his father or others might have committed. It was about helping this young man see that in this trial and tribulation there is a way that you can take that does lead to salvation.
 
Jeremiah 7:23 But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you. 24 But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.
 
the children of Judah have done evil in my sight,

Jeremiah 7:30 For the children of Judah have done evil in my sight, saith the Lord: they have set their abominations in the house which is called by my name, to pollute it.

A christmas tree is an abomination. Worshipping the Mother Mary is an abomination.

31 And they have built the high places of Tophet, which is in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my heart.

Abortion is an evil where babies, both sons and daughters, are burned in the fire as medical waste.

32 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that it shall no more be called Tophet, nor the valley of the son of Hinnom, but the valley of slaughter: for they shall bury in Tophet, till there be no place.

At the very least there have been 60 million abortions so it is very likely at the very start of the destruction of Babylon 60 million carcasses will fall. And they won't be able to bury them. Watch the movie threads, it explains how if there is a shortage of gasoline and diesel they will not have enough for the backhoes and front end loaders to make huge pits to bury the dead. As a result flies and rats will proliferate as well as all the sickness and disease associated with them.

33 And the carcases of this people shall be meat for the fowls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth; and none shall fray them away.

As you have done it will be done unto you. If you justified aborting a baby that had done no harm to anyone then you certainly will have no issue in people who are sinners being treated in this way.

34 Then will I cause to cease from the cities of Judah, and from the streets of Jerusalem, the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride: for the land shall be desolate.
 
they hold fast deceit, they refuse to return.

Jeremiah 8:5 Why then is this people of Jerusalem slidden back by a perpetual backsliding? they hold fast deceit, they refuse to return.

Our job is to be a witness of the Lord Jesus. We don't save others and it is arrogant to judge the preaching of the gospel by how many are "saved". Every heart is laid bare before the one with whom we must appear. If someone refuses to repent, to return to the Lord, well it exposes their heart is holding fast to deceit.

6 I hearkened and heard, but they spake not aright: no man repented him of his wickedness, saying, What have I done? every one turned to his course, as the horse rusheth into the battle.

Either you are with the Lord Jesus or you are with Satan, the enemy. Either you follow Jesus or you are manipulated by Satan to rush headlong into battle to be killed.

7 Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of the Lord.

We have been given many, many signs and prophecies concerning the Lord's day, the judgement of the Lord and His coming. To not know the judgment of the Lord reveals where your heart is. It is clearly not in God's word.

8 How do ye say, We are wise, and the law of the Lord is with us? Lo, certainly in vain made he it; the pen of the scribes is in vain.

There are many, many pastors giving sermons every week. They are being broadcast on Youtube and Facebook. By doing this they are proclaiming they are wise, they know the word of God and they are a guide to the blind, a light in the darkness. If that is so how is it that they cannot see that the Lord is coming and all the signs and prophecies are being fulfilled? Yes, some are, but the reality is they are such a small minority that the vast majority of pastors are willfully ignoring them, censoring them, and silencing them.

what wisdom is in them?

9 The wise men are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken: lo, they have rejected the word of the Lord; and what wisdom is in them?

If you reject the word of the Lord, then what wisdom is in you? Only a fool would dare to reject the word of the Lord.
 
What is happening to Gaza is a warning to us all

Jeremiah 8:10 Therefore will I give their wives unto others, and their fields to them that shall inherit them: for every one from the least even unto the greatest is given to covetousness, from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.

Look at all the divorce, this is because everyone is given to covetousness and every one dealeth falsely. Divorce is never 100% the fault of one party or the other. Sure, one might be an adulterer, but why did you marry them? At the very least it was a failure in discernment. But probably you ignored the advice of your parents and the warning of the Holy Spirit. If you try and put all the blame on your spouse you are dealing falsely. However, if you confess your fault and repent, and begin again to heed the speaking of the Spirit and to seek out godly counsel and to pray for discernment then you can grow from the experience and the word that "all things work together for good to those that love God and are called according to purpose" can be true for you. If your spouse has gone on, picked up the pieces, started a new life and is going on with the Lord it is evidence that you are the one who was given to covetousness and stuck in bitterness.

11 For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.

The world is a mess. It used to be in a divorce the men were treated terribly. They weren't concerned with justice, they were concerned that the state would be stuck with the bill, caring for a single mother and her children. But injustice is not a cure. Over time we have seen that unjust rulings do not help, they only hurt. But it is the same with global politics. They will treat Israel far worse than they would ever want anyone to treat them. We see internal disputes in nations all the time and no one would think to suggest splitting the nation into two. But that will be their treatment for Israel, cut her baby in half.

12 Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore shall they fall among them that fall: in the time of their visitation they shall be cast down, saith the Lord.

The attack on Israel that began in 2023 was an abomination. Hamas has behaved shamefully, but they weren't ashamed. Instead they are like the brazen face of a prostitute who claims she has done nothing wrong. What we are seeing happen to Gaza is a warning to us all. Either we all repent and turn to God or we will suffer the same fate.
 
For some people they need to be brought to the precipice of hell before they will repent.

Jeremiah 9:1 Oh that my head were waters, and mine eyes a fountain of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people!

I watched the movie "Threads" which depicts the UK being hit by an atomic bomb. Many things match the word of God like having too many dead that you can't bury, the proliferation of rats and flies, and the massive death as a result. The things I saw were the things the Bible tells us is coming, but when you see it the impact is so much more. The horror is so hard to comprehend.

2 Oh that I had in the wilderness a lodging place of wayfaring men; that I might leave my people, and go from them! for they be all adulterers, an assembly of treacherous men.

But then the flip side is you learn that everyone is an adulterer, they are all treacherous men. You get to see what is in the heart by what comes out of the mouth. The jokes they tell, the jokes they laugh at. Listen to the music they listen to, the movies they watch. You are what you eat and they are consuming a daily dose of adultery and treachery.

3 And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the Lord.

We saw that during the pandemic. Was anyone valiant to stand for the truth? Few and far between. But the ones who bend their tongues like a bow for lies. Look at Steve Colbert. Look at the Main Stream Media. Did anyone take a stand for the truth that would cost them their job? Few and very far between.

4 Take ye heed every one of his neighbour, and trust ye not in any brother: for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbour will walk with slanders.

It used to be we could all look at the few people in positions of power and blame them, that they didn't stand for the truth. But now we have Facebook and Youtube and social media. Everyone speaking with slanders, everyone trying to supplant. One morning I wake up to find out that I was suspended from Facebook for 30 days. Why? I knew I hadn't broken any rule but they didn't tell me what the offense was, they didn't even tell me what the offending post was. All of my posts were similar to this blog, they were focused on the Bible, not so much on doctrine, but on different Bible verses. So I had two choices, I could wait thirty days and then continue to post on Facebook only this time avoiding anything to do with the Bible or I could shake the dust off and move on to a different forum. I wasn't about to let Facebook tell me I can't talk about the Bible so I moved to a different forum. Ultimately this has happened to me four times with four different platforms. What was the offense? They don't say. What was the offending post? They don't say. So you know you didn't break any rules, you are simply no longer welcome, so shake off the dust and move on.

5 And they will deceive every one his neighbour, and will not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and weary themselves to commit iniquity.

This is the problem. They are like some round table discussion group where you have three leftists and a token conservative who is so lame it makes the other three appear good. If they are unable to deceive, if you keep calling them out in their lies then their last resort is to simply censor you. In that case move on. Consider this blog, I have 670,000 unique addresses that have visited this blog, that means they have visited this forum. There is a price to pay for standing for the truth, but there is also a blessing from the Lord.

6 Thine habitation is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me, saith the Lord.

God is just, His judgements are righteous. So the horrific impact of this coming nuclear attack is only coming because of how horrific the deceit is and their stubborn refusal to know the Lord. For some people they need to be brought to the precipice of hell before they will repent.
 
In the end judgment day comes

Jeremiah 9:7 Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts, Behold, I will melt them, and try them; for how shall I do for the daughter of my people? 8 Their tongue is as an arrow shot out; it speaketh deceit: one speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with his mouth, but in heart he layeth his wait.

Growing up in High School I had a wonderful experience where I learned this was the case. At the time it was the most shameful event of my life, but in that event learned how deceitful people will be. I learned how they would speak peaceably to you but in their heart they lay wait. Ultimately it was a great experience because from that point on I realized the price in listening to these ones and going along with them is far higher than to just walk away.

9 Shall I not visit them for these things? saith the Lord: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

That is the other thing I learned. Judgment day always comes. Not at first, at first they are arrogant, insulting and mock all those who refuse to go along. But in the end judgment day comes and when it does you are very happy you did not go along.

...13 And the Lord saith, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not obeyed my voice, neither walked therein; 14 But have walked after the imagination of their own heart, and after Baalim, which their fathers taught them: 15 Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will feed them, even this people, with wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink.

I don't think it is a coincidence that the star which falls from heaven and kicks off the Great Tribulation is called wormwood.
