Revelation 17:9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.

That certainly sounds like Rome and the Vatican. However today the US sits on seven continents. If you were to remove all the water from the oceans every continent would be a mountain. So this is strong evidence that John is referring to the Catholic church and perhaps the US. But that is "present tense". It is also reasonable to say that this woman is the source of idolatry for all of human history. However, it is not reasonable to say this is Jerusalem or some other religious center.

10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

I have heard several different interpretations on this. One was about the various Roman Caesars, but I think that is a flimsy attempt to say that the spirit of Antichrist is the spirit of Caesar Nero. I think what is far more likely is a review of the history of empires. We had the Ottoman empire, and that the Beast will be Islamic, a return of the Islamic empire. The problem with Roman emperors is that it is too near sighted. This whore is the mother of harlots, she is the source of idolatry throughout all human history and she has gotten kings drunk on her fornication for all of human history. That makes much more sense to me. She is called Babylon because it is a direct reference back to Babel and Ishtar.

11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

Yes, there is a lot of very good research tying this beast to an Islamic empire being revived. So ask yourself what would it take for the world to embrace an Islamic empire where they are beheading anyone who won't worship their god? First you need to remove all the Christians with a backbone, who are filled with the Holy Spirit and are one with the restrainer. Second you would need a collapse of the two biggest superpowers, the US and China to remove the counterweight to this Islamic empire. Third the world would need to be in a desperate situation without food, filled with diseases, war and death.

12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

This is looking more and more like BRICS. They will uproot the US dollar as the reserve currency and replace it with their gold backed security.

13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. 14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

Is it hard for us to believe that there will be an Islamic empire fighting with evangelical Christians to put them to death and put a stop to the gospel going forth?

15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

Right now Islam controls the largest block of countries in the UN and they are even swarming into countries that were previously considered Christian like Europe and the US. Imagine the Catholic church riding atop an Islamic empire. They obviously would use the Catholic church as long as it served their purpose and as soon as they didn't need her anymore they would kill her, burn her with fire and devour her flesh.

16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

Horns represent power. The mayor of a city doesn't have much power, but the police department would be the mayor's horn. These ten horns represent a military power, a financial power, the power to use tariffs or sanctions, or weapons.

17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

God has a real issue with this woman, the whore. This is strong support for it referring to the Catholic church because they carry the name of Jesus. Say what you will about Islam, Hindus, and other religions, they don't carry the name of Jesus Christ. Peter said that judgment must begin with the house of God and so you can understand that would include the Catholic church. Also their idolatrous use of the mother Mary is actually aligned with the worship of Ishtar.

18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

Does the Vatican reign over the kings of the earth? I am not aware that they do. Are they influential, yes, but reign over? I am not aware of that. However, Washington DC is a great city that reigns over the kings of the earth. They call it "king dollar" for a reason.

Now there is an interesting fact, the following cities all have major obelisks: the Vatican, Paris, London, NYC, Washington DC, Cairo and Istanbul. This is an occultic symbol.

So then I'd say that this great whore represent Ishtar from Babel who is now seen in the Vatican and their worship of the Mother Mary. I would also argue that the city that reigns over the world is Washington DC and is a reference to the US dollar.

This Pdf goes through every verse in the New Testament and many in the Old referring to Babylon. I see which of the various interpretations fit. The main three are: Israel, Vatican and the US, though I also see if England fits any. I used to subscribe to the teaching of Darby and Watchman Nee on this, however, everyone should know that when they taught the US was not a superpower, Hollywood and Multinational corporations did not exist (true for Darby, Watchman Nee was around at the time of silent movies). The pandemic had not taken place and the apostasy in the US had not taken place. You could not compare the US to Sodom and Gomorrah at the time of Darby or Watchman Nee.

Breaking: “Tom Horn Predicts October 13, 2025 “Starts Tribulation”

He miscalculates, he uses 42 months instead of 1,260 days which is 42 x 30. If you use 1,260 days from apophis you get October 31. However, I would not use Apophis as the "Midpoint of the Tribulation". I would use Passover of 2029 when the two witnesses are killed, that would be March 30th. The reason is simple, we are told that the ministry of the two witnesses is 1,260 days, we can infer that they are crucified on Passover just as their Lord was, and that they rise three and a half days later on the day of resurrection. Subtract 1,260 days from March 30, 2029 (Passover) and you get October 17, 2025.

Revelation 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

The woman flees to the wilderness after the man child is raptured and is there for 1,260 days where she is fed. That is the ministry of the two witnesses and it begins immediately after the rapture.

Babylon the Great is fallen

Revelation 18:1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. 2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

This is why the book of Revelation is hard to follow. What is "After these things" referring to because we learn about Babylon after we learn about the seventh seal being opened and the great tribulation and the pouring out of God's wrath. As a result many interpret the fall of the Great Babylon as being after the seven year tribulation. However, I would argue that we get a revelation of the Great Babylon after we get a revelation of the whore that sits upon this beast empire. Because I think the evidence that the Great Babylon is referring to the US is overwhelming I would then ask "after what things did we see the USA as the Great Babylon"? Certainly it was after WW2 when the Catholic church was sitting atop this very ugly beast that made war, it was a war that involved the whole world, and the Lamb did make war with Hitler's coalition and defeated them and after that war we saw the city that reigned over the king's of the earth, that would be Washington DC. The US was not the great Babylon immediately, we had to come off the gold standard first. But after the 1970s and Nixon we have seen the decline of the US morally and spiritually.

3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

The nations did not wax rich prior to 1970, they were all recovering from the war. But by 2,000 we definitely saw them waxing rich. China hosted the Olympics in 2008 and that was seen as a coming out party for them.

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

About this time it became apparent that the Super bowl half time shows were Satanic, that MTV awards were Satanic, that Hollywood and the Oscars were Satanic, that the Grammies were Satanic. After the 1970s we were warned by Dimitri Duduman, and by Wilkerson, and by Satanists who got saved. In the 1980s we saw the AIDS epidemic, that was another warning where we discovered how much the US had become like Sodom and Gomorrah and that we had her plagues as well.

5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

There are testimonies from Japanese and German POWs during WW2 that they were in disbelief over how blessed the US was. They could not believe how merciful and generous they were treated by their captors. So there was a time when the US was a blessed nation, but by 2000 the Lord had remembered the iniquities of this nation. 911 was a warning, the 2008 mortgage meltdown was a clear rebuke for not repenting after 911. Then of course the global pandemic is also evidence of God judging the earth. It was a warning shot, but even then no one wanted to listen. Some have repented, and turned to the Lord but most have not.

6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.

There are many nations that feel this way toward the US. Apparently the expression "no good deed will go unpunished" refers to what happened. They thought they were doing the right thing and the US rewarded them with bombs and destruction, so now they want to reward the US double.

7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

The only nation that can say that or think that is the US. Some think that the Great Babylon is the Vatican, but how could Italy or even the Catholics think that? They were in total poverty after WW2 and many are still alive and can remember. As for the Catholics the pedophile priests rocked them with scandal just a few years ago. Others think it refers to Jerusalem! Could the Jews really think that "I shall see no sorrow"? That is absurd. Others claim it is Iraq! Again, how ridiculous is that after the Iraq war. No, the only country so arrogant to think they shall see no sorrow is the US.

8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

Everything will happen suddenly, in one day. When everyone is saying "Peace and Security" then sudden destruction. Now think how absurd it would be to say this happens at the end of seven year tribulation. That is simply absurd, this must happen at the start.

There is much more evidence concerning the Great Babylon being the US but already in the first 8 verses it has shot down two theories, one that this happens at the end of the Great tribulation and the other that it is some nation and great city other than the US and Washington DC.

In chapter 17 we saw the whore of Babel, that is Ishtar, who has roots that go all the way back to Babel, and in WW2 was seen as the Catholic church with their worship of Mary and their working with Hitler. After WW2 we see the great city that rules over the kings has become Washington DC. After you see that the US dollar has become the reserve currency we then see that the US is the great Babylon that God will judge in one day. This sudden destruction comes after they are saying "Peace and Security" according to Paul. This sudden destruction of the US is what plunges the world into a seven year tribulation (at the very least it is a major contributing factor).

Babylon the Great made China rich

Revelation 18:9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,

I remember 911, I was in NYC at the time and had to walk home from Manhattan. As I was walking over the Midtown bridge you could look back at where the World Trade Center used to be and see this huge pillar of smoke rising. The picture of all these people walking out of the city with this big pillar of smoke was what we saw on the TV in other countries, who would have thought we would have had it here. But that was simply a warning, those three thousand people who were killed was a warning from God to repent. But the country has not repented. The phrase "build back better" is an obstinate response.

10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.

This was true for 911. It took one hour from when the South Tower was hit to when it collapsed. The North tower was hit first, but it was virtually one full hour from when the first tower was hit to when the South Tower collapsed. Also, during that same hour all four planes crashed. The attack was focused on two cities, NYC and Washington DC, the two greatest cities in the US, one is the financial capital and the other is the political capital. It is not a coincidence that these are the two cities in the US with an Obelisk.

11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:

This word is very clear, the Great Babylon is also the biggest consumer of goods from Merchants. If Jerusalem or the Vatican or Baghdad were destroyed the merchants would not be saying this. Those three cities do not represent major consumers. The US is the single biggest consumer nation on the planet. Now this does not eliminate London or Paris as possibilities since the EU is also a very big consumer as well.

12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, 13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. 14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.

15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,

However, if it were the EU could the Merchants stand "afar off"? With the US that is easy because of the oceans. Another word for Babylon was "the land of Shinar" meaning the land of two rivers (the Tigris and Euphrates). The US is also the land of two rivers, the Missouri and the Mississippi, the only two rivers in the nation that go from one border of the nation to the next. The biggest merchant on Earth is China. It was the US that made China rich, not the EU.

16 And saying, Alas, alas that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! 17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, 18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!

This confirms that the merchants who are standing afar off trade by ship. The EU has major trade partners that do not trade by ship, but with the US it is all by ship. And what great city are they talking about? London has been on the decline since WW1. The same with Paris. Would you really refer to them as "that great city"? Look at this recent peace treaty that Trump negotiated. He was clearly the dominant power, no one would compare Britain or France to the US as "that great city".

19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

Once again, it is clear that the Great Babylon has made the shipping industry great. China is by far the dominant ship builder on earth and the country that made her rich was the US, not the EU.

Rejoice ye holy apostles and prophets

20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.

Once again this goes back to the fifth seal being opened, we see the blood of the martyrs and they cry how long will you not avenge our blood. Then in chapter 17 we saw the whore who was drunk on the blood of the saints. The Great Babylon is not responsible for all the holy apostles and prophets that have been martyred, that should be very obvious. Yes, the number who have been killed in the last hundred years is the most, but prior to the US becoming the Great Babylon there were many martyrs as well. No, what this is saying is that this is the start of that judgment, the judgment on the whore who is drunk on the blood of the saints has begun. According to Peter judgment must begin at the house of God, that would be the one "Christian nation" on earth, the US. However, it will conclude with Armageddon, so there will be no nation spared. The whore of Babylon represents all the idolatrous worship in all the nations, the US is simply the first nation to be judged.

21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

When you have a massive surprise attack the stock market will collapse just like that stone being tossed into the ocean. As the market plunges minutes after the attack they will shut down trading. No one gets out. The entire market sinks to the bottom of the ocean and all those who had millions in stocks and bonds will be wiped out just like watching that stone sink into the ocean.

22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;

The music industry and the movie industry will be especially hard hit.

23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

Think of how dark it will be without the light of a candle. We have a bunch of prophecies of this destruction and they describe ten cities being nuked with a suitcase nuke. In that event the substations would be destroyed and taking out the substations in ten major cities around the country would bring down the power grid. Without electricity you would not have TV, you would not have radio, you would not have any guidance at all. You wouldn't have refrigeration or street lights. We have seen the chaos and riots that take place when there is a blackout, imagine if the blackout were nationwide. The famine and riots will be so bad there will not be any weddings. Government estimates are that 90% of the people will die as a result of this blackout.

24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

How could this be? I get that our wars have killed many and that our various catastrophes have killed many, but this makes it sound like every country is impacted by the US. The only explanation I think we can come up with is the vaccine to the Pandemic. If that kills people and that were to come out in the news you could see how all the nations would be pretty darn upset.

Also this matter of the Antichrist confirming the covenant with the many. It means that he doesn't make the covenant (Trump made it) but that by agreeing to it he strengthens it. All twenty countries that signed that agreement with Trump strengthened it. This was a peace treaty between Israel and the Palestinians in Gaza. All you needed was these three entities to sign, the other twenty countries simply confirmed or strengthened it. The biggest players in this peace treaty who helped the US were Egypt, Qatar and Turkey. The biggest European country to help was France. I would examine those four countries to see if any of their leaders portrays himself as "God with us". That would be a good sign they are the Antichrist.

More on Babylon

Genesis 11:1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.

This is where we are right now, the world uses one language and that is English. It is not Italian, so forget Rome. It is not Arabic so forget Baghdad, It is not Hebrew so forget Jerusalem and it is not French so forget Paris. We use english, not even British english, we use American English. America is the Great Babylon.

4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. 5 And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. 6 And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

This is what we are doing with AI. It is an attempt to be omniscient and omnipotent. Man is trying to replace God. Transhumanism is an attempt to live forever, to be immortal. The US is very clearly the leader in this, not Iraq, not Italy, not the Catholic church, not France and not the UK. Israel is a close second behind the US but they don't have the resources to make the huge AI factories (data centers) that the US is building.

I rewrote Daniel Chapter 4 so that Nebuchadnezzar would speak in the voice of Donald Trump. I think you will see that this fits very well and that Nebuchadnezzar is a shadow of Donald Trump, and this chapter talks about the US being judged in one hour and going through seven years of tribulation to get a new heart.

So I, Donald Trump, was relaxing in my beautiful house—a fantastic palace, by the way, the best—and doing very well. But then I had this dream, and let me tell you, it scared me. Really scared me. The thoughts in my bed, the visions in my head—very troubling, very troubling indeed. So what did I do? I made an order—a big order—to bring in all the wise men of the United States. The smartest people. I needed them to tell me what this dream meant. So in came the magicians, the astrologers, all these people—even the Chaldeans, the soothsayers—and I told them about the dream. But finally—and this was great—Daniel came in. Great guy, Daniel. His name means protector of the king, which is perfect because it's like my God's name, and he has the spirit of the holy gods in him. Tremendous spirit. So I told him the dream and I said, "Daniel—Protector of the King—you're the master of all these magicians, and I know—everybody knows—that the spirit of the holy gods is in you. Nothing's too hard for you. So tell me what my dream means."


Here's what I saw in my dream: There was this tree, right in the middle of the earth. Huge tree. The biggest tree you've ever seen. This tree grew and grew, very strong, and it reached all the way to heaven. You could see it from everywhere on earth—everywhere. The leaves were beautiful—absolutely beautiful—and it had so much fruit. So much fruit, folks. Everyone ate from it. The animals had shade under it, birds lived in it, and everything was fed by it.


Then in my dream, I saw this watcher—a holy one—come down from heaven. And he shouted—very loudly—"Cut down the tree! Cut off the branches! Shake off the leaves! Scatter the fruit! Make the animals leave, make the birds fly away! But—and this is important—leave the stump in the ground, with a band of iron and brass around it, in the grass. Let it get wet with the dew, and let it live with the animals in the grass. Change his heart from a man's heart to an animal's heart, and let seven times pass over him. This is what the watchers have decided, what the holy ones demand, so that everyone—and I mean everyone—knows that God Most High rules over all kingdoms, and he gives power to whoever he wants, even to the lowest person."


That's the dream I, President Donald Trump, had. Now Daniel—Protector of the King—you need to tell me what it means, because all the other wise men in my kingdom couldn't do it. Total failure. But you can do it. You're capable. Because you have the spirit of the holy gods in you.

The Spirit of prophecy

Revelation 19:1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: 2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

After "these things" refers to the judgment on the great whore. That is not simply the Great Babylon, but also all the idolatry in the world. So it begins with the judgement on the US at the start of the tribulation, the sudden destruction that takes place in one hour. But it includes everything up through Armageddon.

3 And again they said, Alleluia And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.

With the destruction on the Great Babylon we see her smoke rise up, but we also see it with Armageddon. To rise up for ever and ever, well we only see that in the Lake of fire.

4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia. 5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.

We praise our God for answering our prayers, we praise Him for hearing our cry. We praise Him for His salvation, His wisdom, and His truth. We praise Him because He is trustworthy.

6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

This refers to all the people who were saved during the entire seven years.

7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

The marriage of the lamb is the feast of tabernacles. If the marriage of the lamb has come then that sound out of the temple was at the Day of Atonement, the day of judgment. If the seven years ends with the day of judgment and the marriage of the lamb, then we can be confident the seven years begins in the Fall.

8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

The Lord is not going to embarrass us with our sins. We have confessed them, we repented of them and we took the Lord's blood to wash them away. Not only so but we have treated others with mercy and forgiven them as well. As a result it has been granted that we can wear fine linen, clean and white.

9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

Don't get hung up on all those who are unrepentant and get judged. Keep your eye on the prize, to be called to the marriage of the Lamb.

10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Prophecy refers to speaking on behalf of God, think of the Press secretary to the President, they are the "prophet". What is the spirit of being a "press secretary" to Jesus Christ? It is the testimony of Jesus. We are not talking about ourselves, we are talking about the Lord, what He is doing, what He is accomplishing, what His word says. That is prophecy, saying what the word of God is and pointing out when the word of God is fulfilled. What is the point of that testimony? That people would worship God. I find it amazing that I can hardly understand what is going on right in front of my face and Jesus told us 2,000 years ago this is what would happen. That is astounding, that causes me to worship God.

Clearing the field of weeds

Revelation 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

This is Jesus. This war refers to Armageddon.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

These are things we saw from chapter one and all the way through the book of Revelation. I have heard that some people don't like to see all the violence depicted in this book. Do they have the same objection about Jesus' crucifixion because His vesture is dipped in blood. He didn't do that, men who were one with Satan did that. Righteous judgment is "as you have done it will be done to you". Before crucifying an innocent man you should consider that, do you really want to be treated the way you are treating others?

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

Why is it that everyone knows that the armies in heaven refer to believers and to angels, but then when it talks about the 144,000 they are all confused who these are. Consider the 144,000 the marines who land on the beach and once the beach is secured then the armies all unload and march onto the earth.

15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

The winepress is a description of Armageddon because the blood goes up to the bridle of the horses. Imagine blood being four feet deep in this valley.

16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.

That would be a nice thing to write on a T-shirt.

17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; 18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. 19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

This is very interesting. According to the Bible men are not cast into the lake of fire until after the judgement at the Great White Throne after the millennial kingdom. However, these two men are thrown in at this point. After the seven year tribulation we have the Judgement Seat of Christ, that is where you will find out if you have been called to the wedding of the Lamb (you could find out at any time during the seven years). But this judgment is for believers, not unbelievers. However these two, the Antichrist and the False prophet must have been judged at the Judgement seat of Christ. Why? Jesus told us in Matthew that many would come to Him and say "Lord, Lord didn't we do this in your name and He would say depart from me workers of lawlessness". My guess is that these two thought they were Christians, they thought they had done things in the name of the Lord and so they wanted to be judged at the Judgment seat of Christ so that is when they got judged. Anyway just a weird little footnote that stands out in this section.

21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

I realize it is hard to read about all these people being killed and slain. But imagine you have a field that is filled with weeds, a typical way to clear the field is to burn it. That is basically what happens with the seven year tribulation. All the tares, a noxious weed, are burned up. This will make it much better when planting wheat.

Pretty easy choice, really

Revelation 20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

This blog is about the rapture, and I have been very liberal about that, including everything going on prior to and immediately after. This of course happens after the seven year tribulation and does help us to understand the general theme of the whole Bible. When man fell God said they would die in the day they fell. No human lived past 1,000 years and so we understood that the day referred to 1,000 years. Then God said He would limit man to 120 years because they are filled with sin. The assumption is that man's fall was not permanent transfer of ownership to Satan but rather a lease of 120 jubilees or 6,000 years. That is the 6 days of creation. So Satan is not bound and put in prison prior to that because he had a legal basis to be doing what he was doing. Since Satan is bound here we can understand this to be the start of the 7th day, the millennial reign of Christ. It also means that for this one thousand years the liar, the thief and the murderer will be in prison. That gives the Lord a day of rest.

3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

We see this in every court case. First the question is whether or not you are guilty. If the jury comes back with a guilty verdict then the second question is what is the punishment.

4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Uh oh, if I was Satan I would be terrified to see all those he beheaded as the ones who get to judge and decide what the punishment is.

5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

So a lot of people will die during the seven year tribulation. Those that don't take the mark of the beast will live, but those who did do not live again until it is time to appear before the Great White Throne judgment at the end of the thousand years and be cast into the lake of fire. Jesus warned everyone that we should not fear those who can chop our head off, rather we should fear God who after you die can cast you into the lake of fire.

6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

I think this is what is really important for this blog. If you are left behind after the rapture do not fear death, do not fear them chopping your head off, because if you are martyred for the testimony of Jesus you will take part in the first resurrection and the second death will have no power over you.

7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, 8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

So who are these "nations"? I think this is a strong support for the theory that Satan will have to repay 7x for souls that he has fraudulently stolen. Some people "sold their soul to the devil", that may not have been fraud. But there are a lot of rules concerning what constitutes a legal contract with a minor or a child and if Satan violated that then he will have to return not only the souls he stole but 7x those souls. My guess is these ones make up the nations, they get to enjoy the one thousand year Millennial reign as a second chance and then Satan is released again to see which of them will still choose Satan. Those that do go to the lake of fire.

9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. 10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Hell is real, it is eternal torment, you don't want to go there. Anyone telling you it isn't real is lying, simply read the Bible, Jesus warned of hell repeatedly. He warned of the broad way that leads to destruction.

11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

This is where unbelievers are judged.

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

There are books opened for every single one of us. If you have received Jesus as the savior and been redeemed by His blood you are no longer in the book of death. You are either in the book of life which means you are "bride ready" or you are in the book of sinners which means you are still living in sin.

13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

Yes, we get judged according to our works, even believers get judged according to our works. We don't get on the book of life because of our works, that is only based on the blood of Jesus. But after being saved do you have works worthy of repentance? Do you have a work of faith? Do you have a labor of love? Are you building with gold, silver and precious stones?

14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

What does this mean? I thought the lake of fire was hell, but maybe the term "hell" here just meant "death row" where people were held that were destined for the lake of fire before being tossed in.

15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

This is what the standard gospel says. The only way to get eternal salvation (book of life) is to believe in Jesus. If you don't believe in Jesus you will go to hell. That said there was also the everlasting gospel that was preached by the Angels, it is not the gospel of grace, the gospel of salvation, but at the same time I highly doubt something called the "everlasting gospel" also sends you to hell.

So in the end I still have questions, I feel confident they will be answered in the future, and the Bible is very clear there is both a heaven and a hell. I do not want eternal torment, instead I want my sins to be washed away by the blood of Jesus. Pretty simple really.

I mean, what could possibly go wrong? It's not like there are consequences! Oh wait—there are! Trump signed an executive order labeling Antifa domestic terrorists!


So now Antifa is freaking out—and I mean FREAKING OUT. Their knees are literally knocking together like a cartoon character. Some are fleeing the country. Others call in all these experts, witches, astrologers, soothsayers, and not ONE of them can figure out what the writing means. Not one! These are the guys making the big money, the consultants, the specialists—and they've got nothing!


JESSE WAFFLERS: Greg, this is exactly what I'm talking about. The elites can't solve anything! You've got this whole class of experts, and when it matters, when Antifa really needs them, they're useless!

Daniel reads the writing: MENE—your time's up. TEKEL—you've been judged and you failed. PERES—your kingdom's getting divided up. It's basically God's way of saying, "I'm the King, You're fired."


GREG GUTSHOT: And here's the kicker— Daniel still gets the promotion! He is raptured to the heavens to rule and reign with Jesus. He gets the robe, the gold chain. But that same night? Antifa's dead. All those satanic religious leaders using the occult, they are dead. The kingdom falls. Judgment has begun in the house of God, the US falls in one hour and this alliance with the BRICS nations and Islam takes over.


Talk about karma. The guy throws a party saying "No Kings" and gets a message from the King of Kings on his wall, and is dead before sunrise. That's the fastest regime change in history!

Keep your eyes on the prize

Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

A lot of people are so focused on "the rapture" they don't actually see the goal. I remember one year we had 70 kids trying out for the football team and only 40 could be on it, so we knew 30 people would be cut. There was a lot of anticipation and worry, "will I make the team". To me that is what the rapture is, you made the team. But that is not the ultimate goal, that is a minor goal, the big goal is right here, the new heaven and the new earth. You always hear these atheists asking why God didn't create the earth perfect to begin with. Suppose He did. Then you had nothing to do with it. There is no team, you are not a coworker with God, there is no fellowship, and there is no rapture. What is the point? This perfect world that God created has nothing to do with you. What God is doing is creating the perfect team to bring in this new heaven and new earth. God is not only the creator, He is also the coach. Jesus is not only the Son of God, He is also the Captain of our Salvation.

2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

This is a major theme in the New Testament, the believers are to be "prepared as a bride adorned for her husband". Where is the fear? In heaven all of your sins show up as stains on your garment. Can you imagine the embarrassment to be a bride with stains on her dress? You can't get these stains off with your works, that is true, only the blood of Jesus can wash that clean. However, according to the New Testament the garment represents your works of righteousness. Some people try to go to the wedding without a wedding garment and they get kicked out. If you don't have works of righteousness you don't have a wedding garment.

3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

Doesn't that scare you? God is Holy, God is righteous, imagine dwelling with Him? If you are living in sin that would be absurd. Paul said that the church is a place where we can learn how to behave in the house of God. He understands how terrifying it would be to live with Him and so He has made it much easier. He lets us first live in the church. Jesus Christ indwells us. All this helps us learn how to behave in the house of God. We are about to become the bride of Christ who is the king of kings. Everyone will have their eyes on His bride. Do you really want to make a fool of yourself?

4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

If you are going into heaven you will be coming from a place of pain, death, sorrow and crying. When those tears get wiped away it will help you to rejoice all the more. But suppose this is not your experience, suppose you are a country club Christian. Think how awkward to get to heaven and everyone else is so full of joy because all that pain and suffering they went through has been wiped away and you have no experience of paying any price to get to heaven. You have no fellowship of His sufferings, so then how can you know the exceeding greatness of His resurrection? You have to go through the cross before you can experience the resurrection.

5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

Imagine if you wrote and spoke words that were not faithful and true. You still think you belong in heaven? When you get there everyone will see and know that you wrote words that were not true, they were not faithful. Maybe they were lies, maybe they were designed to manipulate others for your profit, or maybe they were just your good opinions.

6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

Those who are going to be raptured are those who have hungered and thirsted for the word of God. From beginning to end, from the first letter to the last, they are sick of fake news, lies, gaslighting, and good opinions. All they have wanted is the true and faithful words of God.

7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

Why is it that the "Once Saved Always Saved" crowd never mentions that inheriting all things is conditional on overcoming? Yes, justification is only dependent on believing and receiving what the Lord did on the cross. It is nothing of you, it is the gift of God. But do you want to go to heaven without any inheritance?

8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

A reverential fear of God is not what is being referred to as "the fearful". These are people who are afraid of laws that prohibit the gospel, they are afraid of their boss, they are afraid of people rejecting them if they preach the gospel. They are afraid of being shunned at the country club. Unbelieving could refer to those who have not received the blood of Jesus, but it could also refer to those who don't believe God answers prayer, they don't believe the Lord can heal you, or provide for you if you do lose your job. The abominable worship other gods besides Jesus. Why do people lie to protect a corporation that is committing crimes and harming people? Simple, they worship that job over Jesus Christ. Why do people kill their babies with abortion in order to go to college or not disrupt your career? Simple, they worship that education or career over Jesus Christ. Why are people murderers? To murder someone is to "play god". Not only do you worship other gods, you are making yourself one of those gods you worship. A whoremonger is a person who sells whores, we use the term "fish monger" to refer to someone who sells fish. The modern term is a pimp. Sorcerers are those involved in witchcraft. Idolaters are those who clearly worship idols. If you behave abominably you are worshipping idols but may not realize it, an idolater will have shrines and religious practices to very actively worship these false gods. And all liars! Think of how common lying is in the US. The bride has made herself ready means she has a wedding dress, works of righteousness that she has done, and it is clean and white because it is washed in the blood of Jesus. She was a sinner, but she has confessed those sins and washed them in the blood. She used to walk according to the Prince of the Power of the air in the kingdom of darkness. But she has repented, and brought forth fruit worthy of repentance.
