Supreme Court Rules Democrat Judges Attempted To Make Trump And The American People Slaves

9-0 Unanimous ruling that States cannot deprive individuals of LIFE, LIBERTY OR PROPERTY without DUE PROCESS, (remember that term)!
Christians should learn what that means. Churches have ignored their God given rights for generations. Rather than fighting and winning when victory was nearly assured, they sat on their padded pews while brothers were railroaded by the Devil's people. I used to wonder why Christians acted like they'd be quite content if brother so and so we're martyred while they struggle to quote one verse from Romans 13 out of context to justify their apathy.

Why am I preaching against such complacency towards the state of Christianity the past century?
Eventually there's going to be persecution like never before.
If the corporate system can inject millions of Christians with unclean, life threatening substances without hardly a stand, what else are they likely to do?
When a president of the world's most powerful nation is denied rights of due process, what would they attempt to do to true believers?
Without rights, a person is a defacto slave of those who deny them.

It's surprising that it took a left wing supreme court who found the baseless charges against Mr Trump to be Unconstitutional. The states are not allowed to deny him the right to be on the ballot because of frivolous charges.
This ruling should be bookmarked for that possibility of future use.

This is nothing new. I know of Conservative defenders of the constitution denied to be on ballots even after complying with all election laws. This has happened before and continues to happen to a greater degree as time goes on.
Folks, we should rejoice about this victory and double down and get serious about the future of America. As America goes, so goes the world.
America is not only known as the last bastion of freedom, but also the missionary capital of the world. American churches support foreign missions in larger numbers than any other nation. The Devil would like to shut that down.

I don't like to be involved with politics, but who would benefit God's people to reach the world more, Biden or Trump?
Let's praise our Lord for moving in such a way that the notorious supreme court ruled in this manner. May it encourage us to serious prayer. I'm talking to myself.

Today we learn of a major blessing and answer to prayers.
There might not be much else we can do, but may we all let our Father know how much we appreciate Him for all that He does for us.

Maine Secretary of State Withdraws Determination That Donald Trump Should Be Banned from Ballot
https://www.breitbart.com/2024-elec...at-donald-trump-should-be-banned-from-ballot/

This is the same state that is prioritizing criminal illegals over law-abiding citizens. You would get free rent for two years in Maine just because you are not an actual citizen.
A new program in Maine will provide asylum seekers with free housing for up to two years as cities across the country continue grappling with an influx of [illegal] migrants. [Newsweek omitted the word "illegal"]

welcome to blue cities/states in 2024.
I thought it was * just * the big cities.
Whoah! That's a bigger deal than many of us realized.

You know that even the prison system is a major money making scam. Everything is a major industry for major profit. Who do you think is profiting by these state sanctuaries for illegals? Any ideas?

Well Newsweek has made sure that you view them as "asylum seekers". Not BOGUS asylum seekers. So Newsweek and all the Leftist media are also responsible for this crisis. They have failed to accurately and honestly report exactly what is going on and the extreme crisis that is there. They have failed to hold the governments accountable.

[QUOTE="HealthAndHappiness, post: 5255427, member: 317081"]LIFE, LIBERTY OR PROPERTY[/QUOTE]

Was this the exact wording from the "Ruling" itself? Or how the person whose video you linked word it? I ask because the first draft of the Constitution did say "property," however it was changed to "happiness" because several members refused to ratify it with the wording "property" due to the belief that the Southern States/Slave States would use this to make owning slaves Constitutional.

The 14th Amendment
Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are rights that are stated in the Declaration of Independence1. They are based on the idea that all people are equal and have the right to choose their own way of living1. The 14th Amendment is a law that protects these rights from being violated by the government for any citizen of the United States, regardless of their gender, race, religion, or age2.

If the Supreme Court worded it "property," IMO, this could come back to haunt them...also, todays Supreme Court is not a Left Wing Court, unless that is just your opinion. The Republicans have the majority of Judges. (just saying)

Yes it was:

Proposed by Congress in 1866 and ratified by the States in 1868, the Fourteenth Amendment “expand[ed] federal power at the expense of state autonomy” and thus “fundamentally altered the balance of state and federal power struck by the Constitution.” Seminole Tribe of Fla. v. Florida, 517 U. S. 44, 59 (1996); see also Ex parte Virginia, 100 U. S. 339, 345 (1880). Section 1 of the Amendment, for instance, bars the States from “depriv[ing] any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law” or “deny[ing] to any person . . . the equal protection of the laws.” And Section 5 confers on Congress “power to enforce” those prohibitions, along with the other provisions of the Amendment, “by appropriate legislation.”

They went on to say: This case raises the question whether the States, in addition to Congress, may also enforce Section 3. We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency.

I didn't read a copy of that ruling yet. Go listen to the report on the report for more details. I only provided a summary of that and personal commentary. Link provided.

I was just wondering. :)

Most Americans are not aware that the Declaration was edited from "property" to "the pursuit of happiness," or why, and the possible consequences had it not been,,,

If life and property were to be considered synonymous, that is my money is considered that as my life, and my house, my car, my yard, my ballpoint pen then thievery would be considered an assault upon my person, or such as the attempt to take at least a part of my life, even if it is just 'a little toe', then thievery wouldn't be shrugged off as anything 'petty.'

And right after this, Trump's head swelled up so big - he could barely walk thru any doors

Too bad Trump supports killing babies and sexual perversion (the LGBBQ garbage)

These are 2 of the democrats favorite things to support... Trump spent a lot of time as
a democrat so I guess they taught him well and he's a stooge

No he doesn't, he said so himself. He's the one that got Roe removed.

and sexual perversion (the LGBBQ garbage)
No he doesn't. He believes in marriage. But the US isn't a theocracy. There's only so far a president can go. Go stand in a group of LGBQ people and tell them they need to vote for Trump because he supports them and they'd scratch you to death.

Nah, that's a load of :poop:. And if people think like you we're going to get Biden in office again who actually supports abortion, homosexuality, trans and the whole nine. Y'all better wake up! I don't wanna see Christians sittin on their wide behinds and allowing Biden into office again. You'll be the ones to blame.

There are historical notes on that change that I've forgotten the history of. Perhaps I'll find time to go back and refresh. However, at this time in history what is more startling is that the supreme court actually cited the constitution, and THAT to defend a republican.

I think the right of property is a Biblical concept. Regardless of what anyone claims the reason, we can go back more than 200 years, but rather thousands of years of law to cite God's Word as legal prescedent, can't we?
The state and federal constitutions are the higher powers of the united states. However, we know that our Bible supercedes any and all of those authorities.

Trump is not a supreme court justice so he did not get a vote

It's well documented that Trump supports the perverted folks in lgzdocPDNV or whatever they call it now.

Got your head in the sand not knowing that Trump is pro gay and pro abortion
