I seen the news on this last night and I guess I misunderstood the news as it seemed to me that what was struck down was the right to protest close to the buildings and that there had to be a buffer zone around the buildings/side walks etc.
that would allow people getting abortions the ability to walk up un-harassed by anti-abortion protestors.....?

Guess I was half asleep or something HAH!
