Exodus 20:7,
Deuteronomy 5:11
"You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain." ["don't empty the name."; don't unholy HIS name] Babbling, mumbling, empty utterance of HIS name for no purpose.

Leviticus 19:12: "You shall not swear by my name falsely, and so profane the name of your God: I am the LORD."

Jeremiah 14:14, "And the LORD said to me: "The prophets are prophesying lies in my name. I did not send them, nor did I command them or speak to them. They are prophesying to you a lying vision, worthless divination, and the deceit of their own minds."

Matthew 6:9, "Pray then like this: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name," [“sanctified” or “make holy” HIS name.]

Matthew 5:33-35: "Again you have heard that it was said to those of old, 'You shall not swear falsely, but shall perform to the LORD what you have sworn.' But I say to you, Do not take an oath at all, either by heaven, for it is the throne of God, or by the earth, for it is his footstool, or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King."

Matthew 7:21-23: "Not everyone who says to me, 'LORD, LORD,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, 'LORD, LORD, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?' And then will I declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.'"

Philippians 2:9 says,
“Therefore GOD has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so
That at the NAME of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and in things in the earth, and things under the earth;
And every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is LORD, to the glory of GOD the Father.”

Every tongues has a purpose, goal. A declaration, a praise, a remembrance, a shout, an angry outburst, an empty remark, a henious provoke, a testing insult and all these brings a hearty purpose. Our heart determine who we are and what we are.
