The Chef just read a discussion on the Bible Discussion Forum regardin women in the church. The Chef was dismayed to read fussin and fightin on whether women folk should be ministers. The Chef ain't got no opinion on this cause the Good Lord made hisself abundantly clear on this subject when he said females need to remain silent in the churches.
This ain't subject to interpretation nor will all the equivocatin and prevaricatin in the world change the Word of Almighty God. Who would know more about women than God?
To answer the question should women folk be pastors? NO! God's rules not The Chef's.
We need a scriptural reference for this.

They are not permitted to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says. 35 If they wish to inquire about something, they are to ask their own husbands at home; for it is dishonorable for a woman to speak in the church.…
The Good Lord was wise to forbid women from teaching and yappin in the church. This ain't no suggestion from God Almighty. Now there are those who would argue that Paul was a fraud cause he never met our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ but the Chef would not be one of them fine folks.
At the Chef's church the women folk always be given the preacher headaches with their flirtin, fightin, fussin, and gossipin. The Good lord has strong words for busybodies ( 2 Thessalonians 3:11; 1 Timothy 5:13 ). First Peter 4:15 warns us, “Make sure that none of you suffers as a murderer, or thief, or evildoer, or a troublesome meddler.” It is noteworthy that Peter lists meddling as prohibited right along with murder and theft.
