I was pretty sure Texas already had a Carry Bill in place. Let me know what the video says/or how it differs from current Bills......thanks
 
Most states that havnt gone completely insane have concealed carry. Constitutional carry in some. I need a carry permit here.
 
Is the difference that Constitution Carry does NOT require a Permit from the State? If so, then that would be quite a step forward from Concealed or Open Carry which does require Permits from the State.

  • Governor Butch Otter signed SB 1389, the Constitutional Carry bill, March 24, 2016.8This legislation says that residents who are 21 and older, and who are legally able to own a firearm, can legally carry that firearm for self-defense, openly or concealed, without a government-issued permission slip. The Idaho Constitutional Carry bill took effect on July 1st, 2016.

Current States Which Agree Constitutional Carry is the Law ...

I'm confused. I thought the gov of Idaho was Mr. Little... maybe I'm thinking of some other state.. dunno
