The 50 Word Challenge

I was at a concert tonight, and unfortunately one of the artists who was performing had been having vocal problems. He explained that for most of the year he had been on voice rest and was very limited on his performance and speaking. He had a unique perspective though, because he said it forced him to listen more and choose the words he did use even more wisely. I let that sink in throughout the concert and really thought about how much we can talk to someone without necessarily expressing what we truly want to say.

So I thought about an interesting challenge to pose to everyone.

Using only 50 words or less, what would you say to someone who didn't know Christ and your heart ached to reach out to them, and you had only this one encounter and just these 50 words?
 
There is a God that is holy and perfect. He made everything including you. He is our only possible ally in this universe, but we have made ourselves his enemy. But he has made a truce through his sons death, and wishes for us to come back into his arms.

That is 49 words... :)

Man that is a hard task, I still want to add more :p
 
Where do you think you would go if you died? Everyone is destined to die, but life does not end with death. One day each person will give an account of his life for God. Jesus died on the cross for us, building a bridge that unites God and humanity.

Okayyyyy, a whole more difficult than I thought.lol
 
God made you and loves you. He has a purpose for everyone. People start pursuing their own thoughts and ideas and get hurt, frustrated, depressed and hopeless. God has done everything he can to reclaim people from the mess they've made. Will you choose his purpose instead of your ideas?

Ok I guess I've used my 50 words up. Doesn't hardly do the message justice though.
 
Every human feels the need for God. Many try to fill it with other things, but only God can satisfy. Our sin condemns us to eternal separation from God. Christ gave his life to redeem us from the death of sin, and through him we can draw close to God.
