I think you should explain more, that's what discussions are for.
what does" born of God" mean?

Here is the meaning from my point of view...

1 John 3:9
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin;
for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin,
because he is born of God.

1 John 5:18
We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not;
but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself,
and that wicked one toucheth him not.

1 John 3:7-10 "Little children, let no one deceive you. Whoever practices righteousness is righteous, as he is righteous. Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil. No one born of God makes a practice of sinning, for God's seed abides in him; and he cannot keep on sinning, because he has been born of God." ESV

The context is already set in the beginning of the letter, if you think you have no sin or that being born of God makes you sinless you missed 1 John 1:8-10 "If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanseus from all unrighteousness.If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. "

Why would John say these things first, then go on to say that if you're born of God you are sinless. He's talking about a continued life of sin or a practice of sinning. Are you going to say that you have never looked on a women with lust, or been mad at someone and didn't call them a fool or whatever insult you can think of?

Matthew 5:21-22 "You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment.’But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire."

Matthew 5:27-28 "You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart."

Was Paul born of God? Romans 7:22-23 "For I delight in the law of God, in my inner being,but I see in my members another law waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that dwells in my members."

I think we need to make sure we are talking about the same thing, what is sin to you?
