I do love sticking my nose into some roses. I also like the smell that the inside of a floral shop has. I used to work in retail and would always snap up the chance to help the florist out. Except when she had to inflate balloons, I never liked that lol. Back then, they often blew up.
hmm I was thinking of applying to work in a floral shop, except most of the flowers would be for funerals, as more people are dying than getting married, sadly. But I would be surrounded by flowers everyday!
I suppose if I go somewhere like Covent Garden, like Eliza Dolittle did in my Fair Lady, I might attract more wealthy customers, as cut flowers can be very expensive.
I remember when we had a florist next to the Op Shop I used to volunteer in, and they had a healing room out the back. It was a Christian healing room, and you went inside this lovely smelling room and the ladies would pray over you and give you scriptures.
It's not there anymore and became a vape shop instead.

When I was 9, I was really into the movie Little Shop of Horrors (which takes place in a floral shop) and ever since then I've thought it'd be neat to work in a floral shop.
