Is there anything more comforting than resting in God's presence? I can't think of anything.
That's what it means to me when I read, "under His wings you shall take refuge."
His precious, comforting Holy Spirit ...
I just love to be wrapped up in His love like a lamb in His arms.
When I feel His presence, I feel like I could do anything. I also feel like I never want to leave!
For me it's like this peaceful, warm, loving feeling like a hug around my whole body.
No sin is worth disrupting His sweet presence, but I've done it and I always ache for Him when I do.
Remember He wants us to come back to Him and He promises to forgive us if we confess.
He must love to hold us close.
This week has been rough - lots of bad thoughts and emotions.
But I spent some time with a lovely group of Christian people tonight, and now I feel so close to Jesus.
I'm so grateful.
Have you ever been amazed by how merciful and gracious He is? That He knows my every thought and deed and doesn't turn His love away ...
It's only possible through the blood of Jesus!
I just want to thank and praise God tonight for His love and mercy.
Thank you, God, for being so gracious and loving and merciful - and patient.
Thank you for searching for the lambs who wander like I have.
Thank you for rejoicing over me, for quieting me with your love.
Thank you for hiding me under Your wings.
