so sad. covid got a lot of elderly people, and now the shots are getting more.

i know a 70ish year old guy that almost 3 years ago took one of the first shots, within a few months starting having health problems, and then had a rare type of stroke, and now he is in bad shape.

i know a lady in her mid-70's that took the shot and couple of boosters, and now has heart problems.

her brother had his muscles start to shut down, spent weeks in a hospital, and his doc told him it was probably the covid shots that did it.

i sadly could go on.....

I find that sad too, because we care about the disabled and elderly. My.Mom got sick and secretly went to the hospital behind my back. I wondered what happened to her and my brother goes behind my back and endangers her often. She's in a nursing home that demands those damned shots and I don't want to loose her. She won't listen to me and I'm ready to hand my brother over to the Lord again that he may learn not to harm her.

Keep warning us all, because there may be some stubborn old man who hasn't had the side effect of death yet. Perhaps he or she will reconsider putting his misplaced trust in the most lucrative criminal institution on the planet.

i am a only child, my mom never even considered getting one.

but, i have really nice lady in her early 70's as a neighbor, and her 2 kids are very liberal ( daughter is a lesbian) and they pushed her hard to listen to all the covid hype.

not sure how many shots she has got ( probably at least 3), so far , no major problems with her that i know of...

I don't think "hilarious" is an appropriate response.

I realized in 2021 that my union stabbed me and the other members in the back. Not that different from what AARP is doing now. When DeBlasio mandated the vaccine in August only half of the teachers were vaccinated. The Union could have stood strong for our rights and the mandate would have collapsed, but they did everything in their power to deceive the teachers. I feel wronged by them, I feel all the money I paid in union dues was theft. That may be too strong, perhaps the contract they negotiated for us was good, perhaps being part of the union did protect my rights, but after 2021 I completely soured on the union.

I agree. Union dues is definitely theft. Teachers unions are notoriously liberal in their leadership. They represent their own personal interests. If they did not stand against forced injections of those they represent, then they coluded with the teacher's worst enemy. I would say that if that's the case, then they aided and abet attempted murder for hire.
 
When one plays with socialism, you are expected to do what the collective demands!

That's what one agrees to when the join up with the socialist's club.

They're just as bad as the old folks.
You always used to hear about the scammers talking grandparents into needless services. The worst are the medical services.
They have the scams that don't only steal money but lives. That's why I'm not in a very good mood to learn that my Mom's been snuck into a nursing home.
 
Yeah, I mess with the young people sometimes and tell them
I got a call from a telemarketer that has great deals on USED caskets!

By representing their own personal interests, I mean the executive directors. They care little about the teachers they claim to represent other than reelection.
When I was interested I read quite a lot about the NEA and know a local assistant to the head of the board of education, so I got to learn a little about those in the system locally and nationally.
