That came much much later.
At the point in history that Genesis 3 takes place tho...
???

And just because men thousands of years later made an idol of a bull why does a bull get cursed thousands of years beforehand? What did the cattle do? Anything?

I mean the serpent on a pole in the wilderness eventually became idolized. Does that make it accursed from day 1 when God instructed Moses to make it?
Cattle can be female...

The Serpent and Cow have a much deeper meaning than most realize. There is a symbiotic relationship between the two.

Understanding what Satan was turned into is a Key. Understanding the Forbidden Fruit is another.

What's disgraceful about cattle or beasts of the field? Anything? God saw all that He had made, and it was good
It may have been good to begin with, however everything changed after Adam and his Wife partook of the Forbidden Fruit.

Gen 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life.

It seems to mean that Satan is the lowest of all creation and out of all the animals God created snakes are the lowest creature which them going on their belly represents that.

Seems to me Satan is being categorized along with the cattle and beasts.

When the ground was cursed for our sake, certainly death entered the world - as @notmyown pointed out.
interestingly Satan is cursed in v14, the ground in v17, and 14 comes before 17.

If the curse of the ground means physical death for the beasts of the field, then Satan is cursed above them - a second death.

BTW Genesis 3 is not a sex euphemism.
It's literal.
